Perfect for all business needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has eliminated the costs of other platforms we used to use as we can track all aspects of business with the boards that we have personilized in our Monday account. It is also effortless to navigate through, and they are constantly adding new stuff that keeps our business forever evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have much negative to say about Monday.com. The only thing that would be great is to integrate with Instagram without having to use Zapier. Also, we had to do some workaround for subitems; although I know they are still evolving, I think it would be beneficial to use most or all of the automation on Subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a board for all aspects of the business. Whether it expense tracking, marketing tracking, standard work, employee time tracking, business projects, team collaboration; We have it all with Monday.com

Keeps our Business Organized
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com to organize our Marketing workflow, we love the options to set deadlines and to have automated reminders go to our users to keep everyone on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to set reminders to fall on the same day of the workflow cycle for recurring events say for example, in our newsletter workflow I wish we could have a deadline fall on a set day of the month instead of setting the due date every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product really keeps us on track. It gives people clear deadlines and allows them to know what our current expectations for them are. It keeps us organized and helps us to meet our deadlines on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best product out there for us to keep on track.
Organized Work Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized are the tasks I need to do at work are. I appreciate the different boards that it has. I mainly use whatever tools my boss has enabled, but they seem to do the trick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that something that I don't like as much is how the browser will slow down whenever I scroll past multiple items quickly, but I'm not sure if this is something that can be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to have multiple boards because I can keep the accessibility part of my job separate from the support part of my job. This helps me know what to do and where to log it.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday.com is the use of different boards for organization, and the use of forms to thoroughly cross function between teams and departments. I also love how you can assign roles and it can be set up to automatically go to that team members board.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that the descriptions don't make it through once a form is sent, requiring followup to provide information that didn't make it through. This is not every time, but it happens on occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us stay accountable by being able to write everything down in one place, give due dates and reminders. We are more productive this way and have increased our performance.
Amazing way to hold yourself accountable
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can assign tasks as well as add links which make it easier when everyone on your team is working on multiple projects. When you are assigned a task and have all links in one spot it is a more organized way to get your work done in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for time tracking that you are able to download an extension that links your google calendar so that you can block off time for specific projects and it would reflect in your Monday workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving with Monday is being able to have all my tasks in one place. Working with multiple clients and doing different tasks for each can be a little confusing, so having an overview is really helpful to keep me accountable for what is due next.

Spend a day or two getting used to all the details and assets to allow yourself to be fully immersed in the organization world!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use and set up. Our company uses it to track all of our processes. It holds everyone accountable and organizes your information all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations get glitchy and it doesn't refresh or work as expected. Alerts can be too frequent and annoying. Creating multiple columns and needing to scroll over to see everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track when service parts are ordered, expected - arrived or late, when they are scheduled and then when they are installed. We track customer complaints and categorize them so we can see trends, we use it for PO #s.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome for creating processes, tracking tasks and assigning responsibility. Also great for tracking information that flows through multiple tasks. Love the automation features, too!

What do you like best about the product?
We are using monday.com to provide a snapshot of our planned activities. This snapshot is viewed by our director and primary stakeholders to understand where we are standing, what are the next activities, and what is delayed.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment all the features and options on monday.com have been useful for us so there is nothing I don't like. The application is always on (no down times), we have multiple users using it and everything seems great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to present a gantt chart with all the activities that were planned for 5 people. Each user is capturing their own activities and setting up time frames to deliver the deliverables. The gantt chart is being useful to understand where we at, what we are going to deliver and when. Roadblocks and other important information is captured on monday.com

We tried other applications but none of them were displaying a gantt chart as we wanted to.
Great way to track tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like saving multiple views for different people in our company. We also love being able to track projects and share them with our clients so they can have access to our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automation would move dates back if we adjust a date. Currently, it only moves them forward automatically (which is helpful), but sometimes we need to change dates to be earlier, which requires updating the full chart rather than just one item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us keep our tasks organized and track the progress of each project individually. Some of the main benefits are that we get work done on time because everyone is aware of all the tasks that need to be completed.

I recommend this to anyone looking for a condensed way to track all tasks or assign tasks to different people.
Amazing Management System
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is how easily I can jump from board to board and understand exactly what a person is working on and what they have on their plate. I believe this is the best tool to work with a team on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the part I dislike about Monday is that sometimes it is a little overwhelming to look at. All of the tabs you can assign with colors help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems my team is solving are being easily able to track our time for our clients, seeing how much work everyone has on their plate so we do not overwhelm them, and allow us to cleanly and concisely know what is the most important items on our list to achieve.

USE IT! Great platform. Easy to do and being able to customize boards to your liking is amazing.
