Fantastic Team Based Program for Handling Real Estate Tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to get started, and it can remain simple or you can customize your boards to track so many different things. It helps me and my team ensure all the essential tasks are handled. The program improved our business tracking and accountability. The support videos are great and the support team is quick to respond with questions and requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. I have been working with Monday for several years now and it has grown in its capabilities. I have leaned into it to provide more tracking of my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to consolidate my processes from being across several programs to having many of them now under Monday.com.

Best way to keep track of the pending tasks and projects!

What do you like best about the product?
I find it really appealing how easy it is to use the program by having a visually intuitive interface allowing you to seamlessly manage your customers and see what steps your customers are taking. I also really like the few limitations that the free version has compared to the trial version.
It comes with a reminder option that can be quite useful in large work teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the points against it that I've noticed is the fact that it lacks customization by not allowing you to change things like design, appearance, etc. The statistics and analysis options are a bit limited for what today is the competition and although you can check the progress does not allow you to see the statistics of each user working on it.
Something to mention is the lack of development in the tools for importing and downloading data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been a very useful tool in my workflow by helping me to plan all my projects in a simple way fulfilling everything I needed it to do, keep track of tasks and activities for better organization and keep track of the progress of each of the projects. It has facilitated a good job management allowing me to have a long list of projects in execution without neglecting any of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those who are interested I can tell them to do some research, because although the interface is intuitive it can be a bit confusing for users new to the subject of planning workflows through applications.
It is recommended that any inconvenience or dissatisfaction with any program error be reported through the support chat, the creators of Monday.com are aware of each problem and are improving with each update.

Best Project Management Platform I have ever worked on!

What do you like best about the product?
Platform full of possibilities with lots of features, easy-friendly, very intuitive, and innovative (new features regularly released)
This is a great tool to plan and communicate project timelines to teams & clients, organize your to-do lists or team tasks (as a manager). I like the different views you can have for your data (dashboards, Gantt, Kanban....).

Their newsletters are helpful and nice to read. But the best is all their tutorial videos!!! Full of tips and best practices to get the best of the tool. I'm a huge fan and recommend the tool to my peer, close friends and even... clients! From a very happy customer :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I spot a few (minor) bugs, but working in technology might be a bias. Nothing else so far that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization by splitting tasks to the team, collecting feedback or ideas, sharing project KPIs with the different dashboards, following team challenges, organizing my day with to-do lists, recording my client meeting notes...

I have reduced my time on meeting organization (preparing agendas, re-writing notes...) as having everything on the same tool helped a lot to be more efficient + better communication through my team as my boards are accessible at any time for them if they need any updates on a task/project

Monday helps keep your team organized!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps to keep our production team organized. We are to see what has been completed, by who, and what is left to be completed. We can share in multiple books and accounts to help one another speed up the process, but also, the dummy layout has a refreshing look too. We also integrated monday with slack so we can real-time updates of what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to using Monday. Adjusting to the user interface can be a little challenging. We had to have some training to adjust accordingly to the new setup. However, after working through the kinks, we now have a system that flows. Sometimes changes/updates can be slow to catch up, but it's not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing workflow with our entire team and staff, using a concise and straightforward method to get the books done, virtual organization, and a great layout that isn't cluttered for our publication. We realize that this interface helps with productivity, and we are not wasting time as we have before. Also, it helps to ease confusion because we can see what is done and what needs to be done. There are more features we plan to utilize in the future that will help the whole team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely have support set up a training on the interface and how to best optimize your time on the app for what your company needs. This will significantly benefit you and your team to get the best out of this product.

Collaboration made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been one of the most beneficial tools that we use to communicate across our organization. It allows us to collaborate, plan, and execute our daily, weekly, and yearly tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday is very sleek in design, the learning of the platform takes some time. We have been using it for a little over 6 months and are still learning how to best incorporate it's features into what we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With employees all over the country, Monday gives us the online platform to collaborate and plan events, publications, and tasks. The real-time editing and organization enables us to be efficient and keep our communication clean.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday's features are more effecient than some of the other competitors that we have tried in the past. The organizational aspects, file sharing, and connection between employees makes it substantially beneficial to our success.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a strong item, it's not my cherished venture the board device, but rather it has some truly cool highlights that differentiate it from different gatherings. The robotized can't outline, and timetables are marvelous. The powerful status highlights are incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main detail with which I had a few hardships is the use of the work area that doesn't permit me to share a few lines on specific events, and it would be extraordinary to get a report in the event that somebody reacts in a discussion about the venture where it is working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization I work for changed to Monday.com to manage every one of our tasks. It is an extremely powerful application to monitor progress and time in every task.

Great Organization and Collaboration Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The My Work area keeps all my tasks right in front of me, so I know what's important to work on each day. The tasks may directly correlate with work my team or workspaces I'm included in, and keeping on top of those tasks keeps my team in the loop about where I am on any specific project at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the news feed seems too long or cluttered. In our environment, we don't necessarily need to know that it's someone's birthday or that someone joined a team, so these notifications can be a waste of time for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of the projects that we have going on, especially during busy season! We might have projects that include writing articles, graphic design, ordering swag, scheduling spaces, writing code, and all kinds of different types of tasks that include a variety of people, and we've been able to stay efficient and on top of every task in a timely fashion using monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy for me to track projects. I study monday.com So very easy to track projects, collaborate with my team and clients. I suggest this software to our team and client. So we are starting to use this software in jan2022. And this software UI is very clean so nice. The extraordinary adaptability for utilization across multiple fronts (HR, Planning, Project management, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
It is excellent software, and I don't see anything so far that I don't like. In my opinion, it is a perfect platform.

In my side don't see any problem. Our team start working on this software in jan2022.

Inexpensive, functional, but not for everyone

What do you like best about the product?
Monday does a great job of creating an integrated platform that allows your whole team to collaborate on projects, comment on files, and run basic reports. The price point is affordable and the software is pretty intuitive to use, so there isn't a huge ramp-up time like you'll find with Salesforce, SmartSheet, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited functionality and the message chains aren't intuitive. The uploaded files aren't sequenced well, so it can be challenging to see which file is the most recent version. There are also limits to sharing outside of Monday users, so if you have someone who isn't within the design/art/marketing team that needs to review a file, you have to share it with them via another platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the challenge of project management, file management, and task management. We've built check-lists and task tracking as well as file management systems to ensure everyone is singing off the same sheet of music, knows what key we are in, etc.
