Great Customer Response Service and Swift in Resolving Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how I could easily convert and edit my documents without hassle. And when I needed to cancel my subscription and i contacted customer support the response time was fast and resolved swiftly

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this platform.

every now and then the system glitches and every time I log in it sends me an email that my account has been accessed

The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support

The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product

I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company

How easy it is to access all documents and edit previous documents

I wish there were more tools to help edit, such as cropping a document or resizing

It usually takes a while or is difficult to edit a document, but with PdfFiller, it's easier and faster. I can take a form I often use, and instead of entering the information every time, I can change the date

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive to use. I didn't need any training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow and large documents take a long time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing PDF documents for Real Estate transactions. I like being able to merge and rearrange documents
I wish entering dates worked better.
What do you like best about the product?
I can add information into any section of my forms; that I can modify pages within my document; that the white-out feature works so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face hardships when entering dates of birth on my legal documents because the only date that shows up is the date I prepare the document, i.e., today's date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realize that I can add the date above the blank space (that requires a date of birth); however, it takes extra time to format and complete my forms.

A fairly confident tech user will be successful.

Simple to use, the ability to save, update and reuse common forms is really helpful

Haven't found anything yet but have been only using 60 days or so

detailed forms that only require minor changes can be saved as templates.

I create residential leases using the software. It allows me to deleted unwanted pages and to edit them how they need to be.

It's really a good website to use for creating and editing documents

Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time.
