Duo Security integrates with the products of multiple vendors to provide MFA.
What do you like best about the product?
We can integrate DUO with networking devices for 2FA to login into devices.
The SSO feature is very impressive. It reduces the need for multiple passwords for different applications.

Nothing specific, But I have loved the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo supports MFA for RDP logon on Windows devices and SSH for Linux machines, as well as privileged activity on both platforms.

Duo: Best Security Authenticator App
What do you like best about the product?
Duo security app can be easily downloaded through play store. It can be setup easily and use. All the access related to company sites or apps can be authenticate securely via duo security application. It helps remote employees to connect the remote servers without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes user needs to try couple of passcode to take security access of the company site but it happens very rarely it's not an big issue. Otherwise the application is best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are working remotely it's a challenge to maintain a security of taking access of any company related work here Duo app plays an important role for authentication process.

The ease of use and the variety of options to receive your login authorization approval

That only seems to work if you're connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network

Duo is a Great MFA Option
What do you like best about the product?
We use Duo to secure our VMware Horizon desktop environment. Setup and implementation were straightforward. I love how easily it integrates with Active Directory.
Even better, end-user onboarding was simple. End users found the system easy to use, which is the biggest win.
I am also a fan of how the product is constantly evolving. Communication from Cisco/Duo is great!

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. Duo has a great product with good customer support. I am hard-pressed to write any dislike here. I have not experienced anything that would be a dislike. As with any product, a learning curve occurs when you start using it. Once I was past that, I have liked everything about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Duo to secure our VMware Horizon desktops. Duo is the second-factor authorization after a password is entered. The user has an option of a push notification to their mobile device, being sent an SMS code, or receiving a phone call. I love the options, as every person has a different comfort for completing their log in.

What do you like best about the product?
DUO has built the most complete MFA product I have seen. It integrates with a lot of other solutions out of the box, and for anything not already integrated it provides Cloud-based, AD-integrated SAML SSO and virtual appliance options to provide protection to even custom interfaces. This has allowed us to extend our security perimeter wherever our business demands we go.
The product is rock solid in responsiveness so we're not accidentally blocked from required access, and provides enough fine-grained functionality we can tune it to our business demands for maximum secure productivity (believe me, those two concepts are mostly adversaries).

What do you dislike about the product?
Having trouble making the minimum 40 required characters on this one. Nothing at all is wrong with this solution--it's a complete, turnkey MFA integration product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our security requirements demanded MFA, and DUO allowed us to execute on that within days and without disruption to productivity. Users onboarded seamlessly and had no technical learning curve.
Really easy and useful app in implementing 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
I like the push notification approval method. All I need to do is press a button on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced some issues in the past when I changed phone, because I did not back up my old phone successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo is used by my current university for all its SSO logins. I like that I do not have to type up any auth codes for login, since I can easily use push authentication.

The push notifications could be easier to accept in terms of steps.

It is solving security by providing AAA services for remote users

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to install and verification is almost instant when accessing for my company VPN.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not click on approve quickly enough the request can time out causing the verification to fail.

It ensures that access to the sensitive information my company handles is limited to those who should have access.

The MFA is something we've needed, and the push option makes it easy for the users to authenticate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific about duo. Some users don't appreciate the added step, but the understand the need.

What do you like best about the product?
DUO has a simple interface. I can authenticate my access in three different ways, namely, through a push, text or call. I also appreciate the "save for 14 days" feature. It reduces the number of times I have to provide authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. As I've mentioned, DUO has a simple interface. There is nothing to learn or understand, so once you install it, you can use it immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DUO is providing multi-factor authentication for our business applications. DUO adds a layer of security to ensure that our users are who they say they are. If a user's laptop is left in a public area, we are at less risk of unauthenticated access because it requires confirmation in the DUO mobile application.
