quick and easy security
What do you like best about the product?
Duo app is simple to use, reliable, and such an easy tool for our security needs. We use it to allow remote employees to connect to our secure servers and everyone loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ver very rarely, we will get errors where users will have to try a few passwords before being able to connect. But this seldom happens and we have had very few complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many remote employees and work with confidential and sensitive client data. Without duo's added layer of security we would be unable to offer clients peace of mind that their data is safe.

Excellent 2FA Application : Duo Security
What do you like best about the product?
The best about duo security is that we can easy to setup and use. We can easily download it from the play store and it is free and use it as a second factor authentication by approving or entering a unique code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike but it doesn't allow screenshots and it runs in the background and will checks for any threat in mobile phones by doing this it will consume more battery in mobile phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this to log in to Microsoft Office 365 through my organization's mail and every time I log in to the company website it will ask permission through notification so we can easily approve. And it maintains security through 2FA.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo security provides a type of double authentication to access some apps/tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms dislike there is nothing i dislike about duo security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo security is solving the biggest problem of IT world by providing a form of authentication to access a app/tool. In this drastically changing technology world hacking has become a serious issue, any hacker can easily crack your password but with the help of Duo security we are now secured as only after authenticating access from duo security our access to app/tool will be granted.
Duo Security - The App for the Business security needs
What do you like best about the product?
We use Duo Security for SSO - Single Sign-on and Multi-Factor Authentication at our Organisation - All company-related access whether on the Desktop or Mobile and via other 3rd party Apps also needs Duo Security clearance to Login which provides a very safe and secure logging environment and also means that I get a notification on my Mobile Device as soon as anyone is attempting to Log In to the systems. This is what I like best about the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time period of logging in is rather short - i.e. in case within the few seconds I am unable to 'Accept' the login on my mobile device there is a time out and I need to send a Duo Security again - this period maybe be increased a little; in addition to this sometimes there are bigs in the ios app and the Acceptance/Rejection notification does not come and in these case, I need to open the App and do the needful -such small bugs can be corrected by the Developer team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Duo Security for Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign on in our Organisation and it's helping us keep the Data safe for over 25000 employees across the world!
We have been using Duo Security since about 2014 and it has worked well for our officers.
What do you like best about the product?
Very little has to be done in the system, it just works. Very few problems over 8 years of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
May just be our older system, but would like more automation with Active Directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Satisfies our ACJIS requirement for second-factor authentication on mobile devices.
Duo Security the only choice for 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
Duo Security is simply amazing. It works with any application that I could even think to use it with, if it doesn't already have the setup instructions, you can create your own application to protect using their webhooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found something that I do not like, maybe the one that can be complicated is trying to set up Microsoft 365 2FA as they want you to have an active directory, but they are starting to work around that if you have Azure Active Directory Premium 3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2FA for Windows Desktop, plus different applications as I discover what Duo will interface with. Currently, have it connected to JumpCloud, and looking at other applications.
Great secure mobile authentication app
What do you like best about the product?
This application helps to add extra security for remote authentication. It is can be Active Directory synced, and easy to use for users and admins.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing access for mobile users.
Worth the investment
What do you like best about the product?
Duo's platform is very user friendly, works on various device types, countries, the support team is phenomenal. They truly care about you as a client. I liked how the enrollment process for users was. You could send a text to them with a link to sign up for duo from within the duo admin module.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Duo is the cost. It was very pricey compared to other products. We had to change platforms due to the pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo security was used for our 2factor authentication on different applications when accessed outside our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you document the processes & procedures for people in your organization, take the extra steps to setup the Duo Self-Service portal where users can update their devices or make any needed changes. Communication with end-users will be key to your success.
