Very simple, really great
What do you like best about the product?
The first thing that I do when I start working is logging with duo security. It is mandatory to be able to access all of our tools, it is effortless to do, and it keeps me connected the whole day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to use another device to do the two-factor authentification, and it is usually my own personal device, but it is quick and shouldn't be a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It secures all my apps by having to recognize myself to use them. No one could access the tools in my name without my consent.

Very convenient 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Duo Security. It is the most convenient two-factor authentication software that I have used. I love that when you go to log in, it just pushes a request to your phone, and all you have to do is click the checkmark to confirm that you are trying to log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about this program. Duo Security is very thoughtfully designed and convenient to use. I'm not sure what could be done to improve this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo Security is helping to keep our servers more secure and make sure that only the people who are approved to access them can log in. It is a very convenient way to keep our servers safe.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is user friendly, allows for a variety of authentication methods, ability to remember for 7 days

The app asks for verification when using the same device

What do you like best about the product?
The Duo Mobile app is a quick and easy solution for accessing my company's VPN while working remotely during the pandemic. I don't ever have issues with the app not loading or not quickly popping up a button for me to confirm remote access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is super fast (so no complaints there), but it does time out quickly if I don't confirm remote access fast enough on my phone. All that means is that I have to enter my password on my desktop again. So it's not a big deal at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Duo means I can log into my company's VPN and work remotely on my laptop during pandemic times. It's a quick and secure way for me to remotely access my company's W drive and all of the files I need without being limited to physically having to work from my office building.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works well for my purposes of needing to securely log in to my company's VPN during pandemic times. If that sounds like something your company could benefit from, I've not had issues with this software and would recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
"Send me a push" button is great, very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Approve or Decline screen does not show up promptly on phone. I believe it can be a network issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It strengthen the security for 2 factor autentication.
Excellent Multi-Factor Authentication Product
What do you like best about the product?
It was simple to get the users enrolled. The dashboard showing the users and connections was very helpful when users called in for support and you can actually see how many times they failed or were successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can use some improvement, it's hard to determine who is connected without doing some digging. Also, it would be nice to be able to use tokens that are readily available and not proprietary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote users need to have a secure connection to the network and we needed to have MFA for insurance purposes. This software was able to be easily integrated with our network and provided that extra layer of security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you are prepared to spend extra money and time on the tokens if the users decide that they do not want to use their smart phones. Also, users were not used to looking for the notifications and they kept missing it and wouldn't get connected.
MFA Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and seamless experience. Haven't had an issue!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be a delay in the phone call or push.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MFA Authentication adds an additional level of security I wasn't using otherwise.
Duo Review

The fact that there is two-step authentication for security purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The same thing. That I have to go through two step verification involving having my cell phone near me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of making sure it is me logging on to the computer.

Protects several platforms I use for work, including my email and Slack — this makes me feel better about using my work laptop outside of my office (great for working from home).
