Pretty Good, but also difficult
What do you like best about the product?
Setup is easy. Logging in with 2FA is lagless, and is designed really well. Straightforward operation, and clean interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you get a new phone, you have to contact your company admin to have it reset. No workaround for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Duo for 2FA for my accounts. I use other softwares as well, but this was the first. Not as nimble as some other apps, but still does its job really well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When checking out all 2FA products, identify each app's options in resetting your account if you get locked out. Being able to send an email to do it should be an option, in case the admin cant be contacted quickly enough.

Minimally Invasive
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Duo is the Apple Watch app. Multi-factor authentication is a necessary pain, but having the Duo notification and approval process immediately on my wrist makes the whole process much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup was a little confusing. I needed help from central IT initially. Also, my Due app disconnected once and I had to repair. Now I have 2 instances of my institution on my app, which is a bit confusing. However, it hasn't changed the experience which has been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo Security provides information security and privacy, and peace of mind.
Duo is very simple and easy to use as a 2 step log in.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Duo adapts to the iphone and I can log in by simply showing my face id as the password. This saves me time each morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the program times out or can't log in for some reason which is rare but happens and i have to reboot the app and try again. It requires a strong wifi connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem is that sometimes it will not log in the first time. The benefits is that it's quick and easy it gives you three options to authentify that it is you. I do the push to touch so the notification pops up and i click accept and that's it!
A good tool for security of remote working
What do you like best about the product?
DUO security can be downloaded on the phone or the computer, and I choose to download on my phone, and it only takes a few seconds to pop up and allow VPN access. Very convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do not take my phone close to me, so if DUO can go to Apple Watch, it would be perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company concerned about the security issue when we are working remotely, so we are using DUO to avoid the spam.
Duo university double authentication
What do you like best about the product?
The duo push notifications are fast and you can add several devices such as as a phone and tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot add a laptop as a device which means my phone has to be accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not see any problems. The am able to keep my information secure.

Good way to enhance authentication via MFA
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use; enhance security via MFA on mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some applications like VPNs require re-authenticate on slow or lag network
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhance authentication for privileged accounts via Duo Apps on mobile devices. It's a considerable saving investment on MFA requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The software and app are easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require Multi-Factor Authentication to access our network remotely using VPN, and DUO Security has been the tool we have used.
So far the software has allowed us to manage and track which employees are connecting to the network over VPN.

One of the best tool for multi factor authentication. Easy to use and easy to access.
What do you like best about the product?
I like most that it can generate code for multifactor authentication even it is offline. It is an excellent tool over OTP for generating the code. No body can take the screenshot of the generated codes and also codes are not visible by sharing screen through any remote tool. So I can say it is totaly safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still do not face any issue with the tool, so it is tough to tell any dislike about the tool.

We are using this tool in our organization for multifactor authentication for connecting the VPN.
EASY TO USE - LOGGING INTO SECURE DRIVE FROM ANYWHERE
What do you like best about the product?
I can literally go anywhere with my laptop and this program will authenticate my password to allow use on our office shared drive. Best thing for working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it was a little confusing to setup but once I received help from our IT office, I got the "swing" of it. Works perfectly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely logging into our shared drive remotely. Benefits our office with additional security.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo security allows me to easily create MFA to my ssl vpn connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so easy to setup and the documentation is not so user-friendly.
