What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It is much quicker to use than our previous system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is not as responsive as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is efficient and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Access everywhere and anytime
Large group of support engineers so you do not depend on a few engineers at your company
Compatibility with other systems (e.g. Sererra)
Easy import cvs files functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to use outside option for budgeting and forecasting (like Adaptive Planning)
No Fixed Asset Module well developed
Consolidation schedules could be more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not always easy to change/modify Financial Reports structure based on your company needs
I believe the biggest benefit is real time data and accessibility anywhere and anytime
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great system if you have complex deferred revenue recognition schedules

User friendly and robust application

What do you like best about the product?
It's an extremely friendly user interface, the support is very responsive and helpful. It's an easy system to learn in that it seems simple but there is the potential to get more in depth experience and you can do almost anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some very basic things are missing - example note that an entry is reversing on the printout. More complex - the report writer does not allow you to link tables. You can do nearly anything with the report writing options, but linking tables would make it perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing dashboards to give us real time metrics in an easy to read format that allow us to immediately notice if something needs our attention. The more data we include for customers, vendors, employees, the more relevant our reporting is.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about this product is it's GAAP compliance and internal controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of use, cost and support. Using Intacct is not intuitive. After the implementation process, there is very little support available and the training that is available is very costly for a nonprofit organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct is a more sophisticated and robust software than our previous accounting software. It allows us to quickly prepare reports in proper nonprofit format.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Possibly. If yes, with caution.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to record revenue on an individual customer level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing a new ERP is always burdensome, but I don't think that is a problem specific to Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After implementing Intacct, we now have a much greater insight into our individual customers, which is the key to our business.

You won't regret it!

What do you like best about the product?
The automated revenue recognition and the reporting function are among my favorite features. We have 18,000 transactions a year in AR that drive revenue schedules and around 12,000 customers. Intacct allows us to automate a lot of the process as well as improve our audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very Little. The way that intacct makes improvements based on customer ideas allows anyone to get a necessary change. I like that I can go in and provide feedback or an idea and see changes in the next couple releases. I also thing their basic support is fabulous. Gets back with a response usually within 24-48 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good ERP system with wide features

What do you like best about the product?
It is cloud based so we don't have to worry about the data and migration tools and don't have to worry about the security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SDK for integration of the customization of the software is not so good and also the automated customization deployment is not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are the document management system so we have customized our system with the intacct.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize reports to slice and dice financial data in a variety of ways.
The ability to set up an use dimensions and classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor user interface, lack of bank integrations, there is no ability to automate anything.
It is a very manual/labor intensive program especially as compared to QuickBooks.
It takes more staff time to handle the same function as QuickBooks.
Can't go back and fix minor errors. It needs to be a lot more QuickBooks like in functionality.
As most users convert from QuickBooks they need a program which will seamlessly convert the data.
Financial reports out of the box are poor but the ability to customize makes up for that once you learn how.
Customer support is cumbersome but knowledgeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not solving a specific problem, able to get data from Intacct any way we want via the report function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask a lot of questions of the sales rep and then take what they say with a grain of salt.
Talk to actual users to get their feedback and how they use it.
Find users who use it the way you plan to.

Sage Intacct and Intellitec Solutions for Senior Living/Long Term Care Organizations

What do you like best about the product?
Dimensions, dashboards and reporting along with Intellitec's automated daily integratiion with Point Click Care provides Senior Living organizations and their location/division managers the real time information they need to better serve their residents and control costs. Daily revenue, cash, census and other non-financial data automatically integrated real time with Intellitec's integrations provides all the data needed in the Intacct system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most organizations wish they implemented and integrated Sage Intacct with Point Click Care sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations with Point Click Care, payroll and other operational systems with Intellitec's automated daily integrations provides all data in one system and facilitates real time reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Intacct provides functionality out of the box that other SaaS solutions need scripts and code.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the new subscription billing package which will allow us to interface with Saleforce.com. The system also has very flexible reporting capabilities, including a number of dimensions that we have not had in the past. We are very exciting to go live in January 2016.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up process is somewhat extensive and time-consuming, especially doing it on our own with a consultant to assist us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better revenue information and visibility to many in the company through dashboards.
