good security
What do you like best about the product?
this platform is exactly what I wanted to have everything I needed
when I tried cisco umbrella I liked everything and I stayed with them for the security capacity, the prices, the configuration and the good service that they offered me compared to other platforms that the prices were expensive and did not offer as much security of the system as it does umbrella

I have nothing bad to say all that has happened to me with Cisco Umbrella is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
When I open a page or an infected file Open DNS Umbrella detects any alarm of a malicious infrastructure that wants to enter the system through this file and warns that if the file or web opens it will cause damage to the system because I do not open it but I like it how does it work because it does not allow malware to enter and if it enters it is because I ignored the warning that made me
What do you dislike about the product?
On several occasions it has happened to me that I entered a reliable page for me and it shows me security warning is there when I realize that the software fails and shows warnings where there is nothing dangerous that could damage the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me work with security that my files and computer is free of any attack or damage damaged by malware although sometimes it fails is not all times and if I know the page very well I ignore this warning but if I do not know the page if I make a case and I do not open it

What do you like best about the product?
Open DNS was very easy to set up and use. We were able to implement this web security service in less than a day! It was also quite simple to determine which type of content was blocked from web browsing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything about this program that I dislike. There are no issues that come to mind that couldn't possibly be attributed to internet connectivity issues on our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Viruses, phishing attempts, spam, and malicious attacks on software used by our company have not been an issue at all since we picked up Open DNS.

This service is perfect for even the smallest or simplest operations. The parental controls, content blockers, and filters are all super helpful.

Undoubtedly the best thing that OpenDNS umbrella has is the optimal capacity to stop and eliminate the possible viruses that damage the network where we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
A not lesser scope that could be improved in this tool is the ability to work with low-end equipment since its security is currently quite weak if you do not have a robust equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we had in the company was the viruses that spread through networks or websites, since we have free Wi-Fi in our vehicles and customers often infected the remote terminals in the cars, which was a big problem but Now it does not happen a long time since the implementation of this tool.

I like that Open DNS has a great ease of access. There are a lot of things that I could go on about that are fantastic, but not enough time.

It provides a good security that blocks malicious sites on the web before the connection is established, you can browse the normal web and if I enter a malicious site, Umbrella notifies before entering and if I enter it is my responsibility because DNS does very well his work and warns that I am accessing a site that may contain malware, phishing, offers security from the cloud

I do not like the appearance of the platform seems too boring and without any creativity everything looks and does not attract attention at all, I use the platform well but at the beginning I did not like to work it for the same thing that is so simple and I did not see it Nothing attractive and I have aconstumbrado to see it so simple but by my outside I would have put more color or something that would motivate me since I do not like the simple things

As a Cisco Umbrella client I can say that I love this security platform, to see all the internet activity in all locations, devices and users to know if you enter unwanted pages or pages that have nothing to do with the work , I also love that not only can security be put on the computer but also on other devices such as the mobile or tablet
