Good document classification and structured text extraction capability
What do you like best about the product?
Hyperscience is really good in doing OCR for text from structured documents. It is very simple and easy to onboard structured documents and define fields to be OCR'ed. The automation and accuracy provided for structured documents is also quite good.
The classification of documents is also quite good and the training of classification model is also quite simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
The number of documents required to train a field identification model for semi-structured documents is quite high and is time consuming. The automation also less for semi-structured documents as compared to structured documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hyperscience is helping with the OCR needs for a lot of documents and also classification in some use cases because of which our operations teams are being able to save a lot of manual effort

What do you like best about the product?
We can automate the manual data entry process!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using an older version as of now and there are some fields difficult to capture just like 0 to O, S to 5 etc., but we are now on the process of upgrading to higher version with higher percentage of accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extracting data from forms. We are using RPA to automate Data Entry process.
Professional support team and high accuracy structured text extraction
What do you like best about the product?
The most significant Hyperscience value is structured data extraction. We are seeing high accuracy and a high level of automation - especially with fine-tuned production models.
The second thing I like is the speed of mapping each field and the simplicity of adding new structured documents. Only one blank sample is required to add it to the library of documents.
HS is very good with handwritten text, which is present in the insurance world nowadays.

What do you dislike about the product?
Semi-structured extraction is not as smooth as Structured due to the required involvement of humans in multiple steps. The machine often needs help with the Field classification step and Transcription - this leads to stopping the extraction process in two parts.
The second thing is that training in Semi-structured extraction requires a minimum of 400 samples that are not easy to get from the clients. This takes time and makes the implementation slower than they are anticipating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hyperscience provides us with a high level of accuracy extraction for structured documents. After the training, the level of automation is on satisfactory level. It allows us to make an automated flow and reduce the involvement of people for tasks that are not cost-efficient.
Hyperscience allows us to bring additional value to the customers by reducing the TAT and reducing HC (saving unnecessary Ops cost).

versatile product in the OCR space.
What do you like best about the product?
Having ways to address unique situations using custom blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have expected these custom blocks be included in their core product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hyperscience is solving the OCR and transcribing data from PDF files and helping us send the data to the down stream applications in a more automated fashion.

Hyperscience Sets the New Standard
What do you like best about the product?
A great products that excels at handwriting OCR extraction, a well managed engineering and product team and probably the best vendor implementation team I have ever worked with. Hyperscience is not a vendor, they are a technology partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally no issues with the company, product or partnership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significant labor savings, increased efficiencies and improved data accuracy with data entry workflows.
Hyperscience review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use product that helps improve data quality for a company. The interface and front end usability is great and easy for anyone to learn quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to create templates for every possible form and form version that needs to be read. This is a time consuming process, and for a firm that has many different types of documents that have changed a lot over the years, it's challenging to manage around that. It would be great for an environment that has very consistent forms and large amounts of data that need to be read from those forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are improving our Data Quality and completeness with Hyperscience.
HyperScience
What do you like best about the product?
The HyperScience platform is very natural and easy to use. It provides a lot of transparency into the quality and quantity of the processing. It was a quick and easy setup to get the software online and template creation is simple as well. The HyperScience employees partner well with our firm and are always quick to help. We have a strong relationship with them on each project we have implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not knowing your data well can lead to rework. This is true with any sort of data related project, but you have to know your source data repositories well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used HyperScience to add automation to some of our manual processes (reviewing and keying forms, some handwritten). This has led to higher quality data and processes being optimized.
