I find Hyperscience as a professional, timely with an excellant tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very engaging, and the support staff are wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hyperscience tool look and fell could be updated, but in no ways did it distract from the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Old paper documents: using Hyperscience to find pertinent data off old applications.

I love HyperScience! Slick and easy to use interface and very stable platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate identification and extraction. Simple, easy to onboard documents. Very stable platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No SaaS offering just yet but sounds like it's coming down the road. Also, doesn't allow for multi-tennancy...would have to spin up separate instances if needing to tweak thresholds or enable/disable features across multiple different use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated document identification and extraction
Product has easy to follow interfaces and allows quick setup with outstanding results

Relative short development time to get the product up and running to allow immediate returns on the investment
What do you dislike about the product?
Product releases are frequent (e.g., enhancements) which can impact internal resource scheduling

Reduce manual keying - saving processing time and improved utilization of staff

We are using HyperScience to extract data from documents and give critical time back to the workforce. Employees are happier and feel like they're making more of a difference for our customers.

While not yet a household name, Hyperscience offers world-class data extraction capabilites, supported by a dedicated team of professionals who are always focused on helping the customer to succeed. The product team welcomes feedback and values building a relationship, not just a purchase transaction.
HyperScience is a great product. It delivers the features it promised. They are great to work with.

The product is great. The custom service people are awesome to work with.

Wish to have faster turn-around time to address the client concerns, especially the enhanced or desired product features.

We are using HyperScience to automate the handwriting form processing. It speeds the process and reduce the turn around time.
