What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is helping us streamline and automate our SOC 2 compliance process. It provided a centralized platform for monitoring the controls, automating evidence collection, and simplifying audits, significantly reducing the manual work and complexity involved in maintaining compliance. This allows us to focus more on our core business activities while ensuring we meet SOC 2 requirements efficiently and with confidence.

Strong option for GRC tool
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with various tools;
Monitoring tab for continuous control monitoring;

Integrations/monitoring tests often fail due to back-end issues; some widely used tools do not have supported integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all findings or incomplete controls have proven useful to gauge status of complaince readiness

Drata is solving our overall compliance requirement throughout the organization. Operating in over 45 c ountries it ensure a simple consistent approach.
Qaulity support and follow up.
What do you like best about the product?
The application is straight forward, and faily simple to use. The online support is good and I have always had my issue resolved in short order. So far no complaints with support.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general I dont have any real dislikes, If could identify anything it would be cleare simpler access and configuration information for connections. I have found that from time tio time I have had to hunt around a bit. As an administrator I rarley have to fix things with Drata system.

Seamless SOC 2 Compliance with Exceptional Support from Elizabeth John!
What do you like best about the product?
We had an awesome experience working with Drata, especially with Elizabeth John, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She made setting up everything for our SOC 2 Type 1 and 2 so much easier, guiding us every step of the way and always being available to answer questions. Elizabeth was extremely prompt, responding quickly whenever we needed support, which made the entire process feel smooth and efficient. The platform itself is intuitive and streamlined, taking a lot of the stress out of compliance. Highly recommend Drata if you’re looking for a straightforward compliance journey — and if you get the chance to work with Elizabeth, you’re in great hands!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we’ve encountered is the lack of integration with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), which would make the platform even more versatile for our needs.

Obtaining SOC 2 Type 1 and 2
Drata fits big organization as well as small, putting GRC and automation at the center with ease
What do you like best about the product?
Clear and well designed GUI, dashboards, and sections. Very clear to understand where everything is. New features such as questionnaires section, Trust Center, UAR connections, integrations. Automation of tests. Acqusition of SafeBase. Customer Success and Support are excellent. Budget, in comparison to other platforms. Vendor assessment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom tailoring per client, feature requests(roadmap)can sometimes be too generic or basic. Vendor assessment work can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata assists greatly in maintinaing our certifications(SOC,ISO, GDPR, etc'). GRC platforms automates evidence collection, monitorign and UAR in addition to vendor assessments, questionnaires answered in audits, etc.
Reliable and Safe
What do you like best about the product?
I apprecaite that everything is consolidated into one place. It makes it easy for our security team to keep everyone in compliance. Easy to enroll new employees in and upkeep.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any major issues thus far. Although the audit process seems intense, the extra guidance has been helpful.

Primarily Drata has streamlined all policies related to security and compliance.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
My company uses Drata to monitor compliance, as an employee it's really easy to ensure all my training is complete and my device is compliant with company settings!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind for me here, the Drata Agent is always monitoring my device to ensure it's compliant and training is easy to see what needs to be completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to complete my employee security policies and monitor my device for compliance.
Exceptional Customer Service - Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness of their customer support team. They might not always be online during hours while I am needing assistance but they ALWAYS respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Bot in the Help feature. I really wish that Bot would go away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in 1 portal to manage all SOC2 Controls/Monitoring and evidence collection - this system makes our lives much easier while trying to maintain SOC certifidation.
