Great product to solve file based integration needs

Sometimes support cases take a lot of time.

It was better in b2bi 2.6 compare to previous versions of b2bi

Integration with other products like sentinel

error mechanism is not clear in b2bi logs

exchange business documents with external partners
Very robust and rich in features to integrate with various protocols with all partner types
What do you like best about the product?
Partner and community management. Ability to customize as per partner needs. API enabled approach for onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to sort and search by rejected reasons is very important for our business as we get thousands of errors and not having this feature delay our recovery by a couple of hours which indirectly impacts the business.
The way the error monitoring and notifications are handled. Needed a central view and notification for all the partner failures.

Very Good Experience with Axway B2Bi. Its a complete package for all integration solutions

Flexible to choose any protocols, ciphers etc. Can add customization as per requirements

UI is slow at times when we look message tracker

File transfer ace and stability of the product is very good.

Large vol of data , stablitiy , performance of product. New industry standard implementation.
The system is stable on very good status information in logs and trace.

Reliable, secure file delivery and movement allows us to integrate and communicate with inbound and outbound clients and customers seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
File retention is too short, we often need files that are older than 15 days.

Receiving and sending EPCIS files from and to supply chain partners.

I'm just an end user and do not have experience with other products, but Axway B2Bi has good transaction visibility, and pretty easy partner setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this is probably due to volume at ABC, there can be times when opening a transaction can be pretty slow.
Opening the details of certificates can be slow at times too.
Hosted SFTP can be slow to set up manually.

It meets the EDI transmission needs of the customer group.
Axway B2Bi is a great product for our B2B needs
What do you like best about the product?
Axway B2Bi is easy to install, configure, and update when needed. Axway Support team is great with quick responses and trying to fix issues as quickly as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve documentation and online help so we don't need to reach out to support for every issue. Most issues can easily be resolved if the right documentation is shared online on their portal. Ongoing issues with purging since migrating to a newer version of the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Axway B2Bi mainly for AS2, RNIF, and Secure File transports with trading partners. So far it has been very steady and reliable. Although the product is capable, we are not using it to its full potential.
