Saves Money, Easy to use, Improves security
What do you like best about the product?
Torq integrates with everything. It has tens, or possibly hundreds, of integrations.
The low-code environment is easy to use for mid-level security engineers, and it allows senior security engineers to employ code, making the tool both easy to use for most, and powerful for power-users.
It has been reliable for the year+ I've used it.
It has a high return on investment. The product amplifies the work of our team and allows us to do much more per security engineer than we could otherwise. It's a good product to have.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is undesirable, though understandable. It's a hard product to price fairly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq automates security-related work so we can get much more done with the same number of people. Examples include
- Automatically blocking attacks at the WAF, with no human involvment;
- Monitoring Okta, GitHub, Jenkins, etc for administrative changes, and alerting Security when they happen;
- Enriching endpoint incident alerts with more meaningful data than the native application provides;
- Getting end-users to complete security and infoSec tasks.

Great customer support & works with many different API's
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of automating procedures for phishing playbooks to help remediate affected accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Fewer steps to create playbooks would be helpful; the number of steps can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the triage process of when users in the company click on phishing links saves plenty of time. It does help me be more productive as well.

Super easy to operate. I was building so little on our legacy SOAR. With TORQ, I am doing now more than 100 use cases in production ! It`s incredible ...

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no yet found something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am fully automating my IAM processes, going to as little as 2 analysts for managing more than 25k users. Made my life SUPER EASY.
Also my TI enhancements are SUPER EASY NOW.
Third is my Cloud Security posture. I can actually take action on WIZ results.
AMAZING.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the product and the ablility to connect to many resources and integrations

it solves the need to learn code. Anyone can use it simply and easily. Can be used for much more then security automation. Also the support is beyond what I have ever experienced.
Powerful and easy to get things running automation
What do you like best about the product?
Having good set of features that allows you to get started very quickly without setting environments, deal with cloud specific products but one agnostic process.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some use cases where combination of conditions are too great the readability of a workflow may be a bit cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unlike code, since all the integeations are live in the same place its much easier to reuse existing integrations when starting a new project/task.

The UI is nice but could be improved, it can't digest large inputs

Torq can easily automate many things and can save a lot of work time, or to enable things that manually aren't possible to do
No code solution for security and R&D
