Jamf Pro!
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has been a game-changer for managing our Apple devices! The intuitive interface and automation features save us so much time, and remote deployment is a breeze. Can't wait for there new compliance feature & the blueprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of privledge elevation is a huge minus but i see that is something in beta and i have high hopes for it

Its so easy to use and make changes.
Where intune takes around 24 hours to make changes, Jamf does it in a few minutes

Nothing so far. Its easy to use with plenty of training and materials to learn

It's simply and allows us to manage our devices.

Reporting can improve. Dashboards can be better as well.

Jamf Nation is an invaluable resource and product knowledge is tremendous for all offerings

No built-in remote support and purchasing a third-party solution is not ideal.

It's been super helpful for managing o ur Mac's as well as a great community and documentation! Super awesome to learn and get into!

I don't have many dislikes as I haven't had enough experience to really dig deep into things that don't work well!

It came in in a pinch when my other tool didn’t work for my needs.

JAMF Pro has been critical in ensuring success with Apple products at our district. The speed and performance of JAMF Pro including the ability to be agile with deployments has been crucial in keeping our students engaged!

Vebdor lock in is definitely a concern I have.
