Unified Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has been very beneficial in managing our fleet of Apple devices for Centralized Device Management to streamline updates, device configs, and software deployments of college owned macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices, and being able to automate these tasks.
We also use it for our security compliance to enforce custom security policies to meet compliance standards through encryption, patch management, and monitoring.
Finally we love how we can customize the user experience to enhance by enabling self-service options for app installs and configurations without requiring IT intervention.

What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the lack of integrations with orther MDMs that i may not be aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom user profiles based on job role.

Clean design solid solution
What do you like best about the product?
Its robust feature set allows for easy device management and configuration. Very user-friendly and easy to delegate. Additionally it offers seamless integration with other systems and tools to give you a better handle of your fleet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes especially when managing a large number of devices simultaneously it may have some performance issues. , especially when managing a large number of devices simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage a large fleet of devices, Making sure they are safe for students to use and that the school investment is used properly.

Jamf Pro is very expensive. Can be difficult to setup

Can't really dislike anything at the moment, updates and new features that come out fix any dislikes.

One thing about jamf I dislike is how the agent and/or Mdm may break randomly

Jamf Pro makes managing our Mac fleet efficient and reliably. We really like the support provided by Jamf and also the support availability for new major os.

Not being able to natively target azure groups.

Efficiency on management of our fleet.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the ability to manage my MacOS, iPadOS, iOS, and tvOS devices in one space with ability to share information with other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
more criteria for search functions would be nice.

mobile device management in multiple regions, patching large groups of devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro's capabilities to create and manage policies, configuration profiles, setup automated device enrollment process's, and provides clear and easy to read reporting makes asset management a simple and fulfilling endeavor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf Pro has some limitations in regards to needing different instances of the server for different domains. I wish we had the option to manage both domains in one console but this is not currently possible.

Managing and applying CIS benchmarks and DISA STIG enforcement
Great product for Mac

The zero touch for deployment is very good for our environment.
