Okay Out of the Box Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Apttus gets the job done for us. It allows our enterprise business to quote our customers and get them with pricing answers pretty rapidly. The integration with Salesforce Lightning was essential for us to scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many little bugs. There's little flexibility in changes we may need and customer support has been very lack luster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide a quoting tool to use for our sales operations specialist. It provides a clear, concise, and repeatable format. It's great that it integrates into Salesforce, but the functionality is lackluster. Our sales ops specialists are able to get answers to our sales leaders rapidly, but we sell a lot of products. So stacking bundles together can be rather challenging as well.

Reconsider integrations with CRM solutions for enterprise level organizations

The user interface is pretty easy. I like that it connects with other products.

Glitchy on the admin side it feels like.

Very clunky - ended up going manual.

It was not easy to make edits to your contract if you needed to add terms

Easy to use once you get some training under your belt

Not user friendly at first, but then you get the hang of it once you use it a few times. Sometimes quotes dont come out right

Ease of use for configuration. Easy to manage and maintain using configurable options and rules.

I dislike the speed and the Implementation Expertise.

Great when working
What do you like best about the product?
Apttus CPQ does an absolutely amazing job of configuring complex products. It has helped sales reps get quotes out the door much faster
What do you dislike about the product?
it took a long time to deploy. Once it was up and running, things were great but without a lot of support we just didn't get what we needed in order to get things running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Were much faster at quoting. We haven't gotten tied down in approvals or going back and forth on pricing, everything is laid out simply
