What do you dislike about the product?
The price of NLC is a bit on the higher end. Hence, it becomes slightly difficult for individuals/small businesses to use it. Apart from that, due to its constrained knowledge, it sometimes produces results with a high degree of inaccuracy.

It did not get better as we expected it to when continuously using it, I think it might have fallen just a little bit compared to other alternatives in the market today, but early on it was much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to solve text classification, particularly from our customer side. IBM was supposed to help us do it farily quickly and easily early on, when this was a much harder task to accomplish with fewer helping tools.
All in one tool

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the pricing of NLC to be high, especially for small businesses or individuals. I am aware about that this cost of using NLC depends on factors such as the amount of data analyzed, the number of classifiers created, and the level of support required, still its too high.

A Very easy to use service that does the exactly what I need
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with the IBM Watson Natural Language Classifier for years not and I have seen this product come extremely far. I think IBM Watson has been very responsive to their customer needs in providing a solution to training and productionalizing a NLC that doesn't require a massive amount of technical expertise. That being said it still allows for power-users to go in there and get a high amount of customizability if they desire
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not as much of a dislike but more of a frustration, sometimes I have struggled with getting the classifier to be accurate enough because I have not provided enough nuance in my training data. Creating all that training data can be super time-consuming which can be no fun. I think some of this will change as NLP large-language models continue to become the industry standard and continue to develop their applicability to infer information from text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to quickly categorize support emails to extract root causes which allow us to triage and increase the speed at which we help out customers
