It was nice working with Alert logic tool in our infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
It detects the good amount of attacks and detects suspicious signatures and provides alerts on the same along with incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime agent stop working without any reasons

Totally like its dashboard view which shows attack patterns, enabling for termination in real-time. It's network intrusion detection is outstanding. Integration with other applications is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few issues with it as far as cyber security is concerned. However, graphics could be improved and option for multi-factor authentication should be there to take it to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its really been outstanding in detecting and eliminating threats in real-time. You are rest assured that you've got an ally covering your back as you concentrate on business.

The user interface is not as intuitive as it could be. Also, the price is on the high end.

There are many features I like about Alert Logic MDR. Still, some of my favorites include the comprehensive log collections, analysis, correlation capabilities, deep security visibility across the entire environment and deployment detection.
It responds well against incidents. It provides security and composure.

I don't like its lack of customization options and limited reporting capabilities. For me, these disadvantages are outweighed by the benefits of its managed services and its integrations with other security tools.

I find navigation a little tricky because I can't easily find some features when I need them. Creating custom alerts is uncomfortable when I use the software in the cloud. I don't understand what happens.
