Alert Logic MDR allows me to have an overall view of the company
What do you like best about the product?
The most favorite features of Alert Logic MDR are its comprehensive and centralized view of an organization's security posture, its ability to quickly and efficiently identify and investigate security incidents, and its robust reporting capabilities.
The centralized view of an organization's security posture allows security teams to identify potential risks and investigate them further quickly.
Reports generated help to track their progress in addressing security risks and identify areas where improvement is needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Alert Logic is not available in all countries. Additionally, I think the pricing is too high for what is offered. And sometimes has few customization options in the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software provides me with the ability to remotely monitor my client's networks and systems for potential security threats. This allows me to identity and mitigate potential issues before they can cause harm to my client's business.

Efficent system security in real time
What do you like best about the product?
Some of my favorite features of Alert Logic MDR include the ability to monitor and respond to threats in real-time, the 24/7 availability of security experts, and the comprehensive coverage of the platform. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of use and seamless integration with my existing security infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The are a few things that I don't like about Alert Logic:
-The system can be a little bit overwhelming to look at. There is a lot of information on the screen, and it can be hard to know where to start.
-The reports are difficult to understand. I would like to see more information in the reports or at least have the option to customize them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alert Logic is a comprehensive end-to-end security solution that helps me protect the company's data and infrastructure. It gives me complete visibility and control over everything on my network, allowing us to take action to protect it from internal and external threats. MDR also helps us meet security and compliance standards, making me confident that my business is protected.

There are many features of Alert Logic MDR that I like, but some of my favorites include the following:
-The ability to set up custom alerts and send them in real time.
-To view all of my company's events in one place.
-Custom reports creations.
-I can view all of the events that have occurred in my environment over time.
-To see which assets are being monitored and which are not.

The two least favorite features of Aler Logic are the lack of customization options and the lack of a user-friendly interface.
It can be challenging to get the system to work exactly how you want it to.

The most remarkable thing about Alert Logic is its performance. It is efficient and accurate and makes good decisions when launching alerts are necessary.
Installation is easy even on several systems at the same time. Configuration is fast, but it takes a little more time if you want to use your custom algorithms.
The security service is outstanding. It responds immediately and helps to deal with threats.

Sometimes, it sends "ghost" notifications. It has happened that we get security alerts, but there is nothing strange when we check everything. It's not common, but it isn't charming because it takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the software to monitor all login attempts to our systems. This way, we know when an unauthorized login occurs.
We also set up development environments with Alert Logic to do security testing on different virtual machines.
This way, we have reduced the risks of information leakage and avoided stopping operations due to cyber threats.

What do you like best about the product?
The alerts are excellent. They are sent whenever the software detects any suspicious behavior.
Alert Logic's security team is efficient. It does its job quickly, as soon as your program notifies you.
Customer support is superb. Their responses are quick and helpful. We contact them all the time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is sparse. It is almost mandatory to contact customer support when in doubt. Despite the excellent customer service, I would like a complete manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create our algorithms when we do security tests on the programs we develop for our customers. We use several of them, make corrections and test again. So it's a cycle that we are satisfied. It is also the software we use to protect our systems from intruders.
Alert Logic has worked very well in detecting strange patterns in both cases.

A software to keep an entire system monitored
What do you like best about the product?
Their demo version is good enough to know what to expect about Alert Logic. Thanks to this, we realized that it is the program we have been looking for to keep our organization's data safe.
Alert Logic is an excellent software to install on multiple devices at once. It keeps them secure at all times.
It notifies all system maintenance personnel when it detects an anomaly. It also signals the Alert Logic team, which provides excellent service.

The interface is cumbersome and slow. Using Alert Logic in the foreground is cumbersome, although it is true that this does not affect its effectiveness in the background. I think it could be easily optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the main axes of our security system. It is installed on all devices that handle sensitive information and interact with the external environment.
After we installed Alert Logic, we stopped worrying about constantly scanning to make sure there was no anomaly.
We now work in a fully monitored environment with vert timely alerts.
