What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic MDR reduct vulnerabilities across endpoints in real-time which advance corporate reputation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Words only can't say, but Alert Logic MDR is the best out there with zero flaws.

Investigating, identifying and reducting cyberattacks automatically across corporate network.

What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic is a good program for its price It is very effective, even if it is no the ost expensive softwre on the market. The most effective way to take advantage of it is to implement it in several systems within the company.
Virus and anomaly detection is highly efective. Alerts notify immediately when something unexpected happens, so the security team is always on call.
Detection algorithms are easy to program.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is old and a bit more complicated than I would like. Also, the program is slow to use, although running in the background is not affected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Alert Logic to onitor all of our systems. The performance has been remarkable from the beginning, so it became our primary security tool.
After a few weeks, we decided to condigure the algorithms to improve security further. As a result, threats have been blocked almost every time.
The Alert Logic team has been in charge of eliminating them the rest of the time.
We now work much more comforably, without worrying about external threats.

I love Alert Logic for several reasons

- It's easy and quick to install, so it's up and running right out of the box.
- The interface is intuitive and straightforward, making it a fairly easy-to-use software.
- Its protection against viruses and computer threats is excellent.
- Efficient user support service, a perfect complement to the software.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any problems with Alert Logic. Instead, their customer service has always been efficient against threats detected by the software. It is perfect for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not usual, but we have had problems with some viruses. It is something that happens when they send us files with malware.
It is normal to run third-party programs and files in an isolated and controlled environment, but sometimes it is impossible due to the nature of the project.
Alert Logic has been perfect for detecting threats and eradicating them when they enter one of our systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the platforms' real-time monitoring, alerts and notifications, activity dashboard, reporting and analytics. I also love the customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of multifactor authentication option was of concern to me. Also the log review and management is tricky. Apart from those dislikes I generally rank the platform as top notch!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of course the solution has been great at exposing and dealing with online threats, enabling full cloud security. This is very important because we deal with very sensitive client data and so the confidence it gives is very key.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all it is quite easy to install, with a good intuitive interface. But most importantly, I like it's guaranteed security against viruses and other online threats that can occur during file exchange and transmission.

For once I don't have issues with this online ally. It is very reliable and efficient.

There's been times before when files have come in with viruses a d and such. Alert Logic has been able to isolate and deal with them in real-time. Saving on systems maintenance and ensuring seamless exchanges.

Multi-factor authentication is a challenge I don't like.

The platform has been a real help with nicking online threats on time and the benefit is that it lets people focus on work better.

I like the technical support and reliable cloud security that the platform has.

To be honest I didn't really like it's UI and log reviews. Should be improved.

It has been providing reliable online security, has been good at monitoring vulnerabilities within our internal systems. It has consequently free up resources as a result.

Alert Logic is a relatively inexpensive program, especially if you plan to use it on only a few systems. However, the demo version is good enough to get a feel for the effectiveness and all the features.

Alert Logic's interface is a bit cumbersome. It feels a bit slow and clunky, although this doesn't hinder its analysis capabilities.
Anyway, it is a problem that could be due to the wrong connection or that it needs a lot of bandwidth to use it in the foreground, so I can't say it's not solvable.

Alert Logic has a feature that caught our attention: its price is scalable. At first, we used it in one part of the company to get a feel for the performance, but it soon became the leading security software for the entire organization.
It is the software we use to monitor systems in all departments, allowing us to concentrate on our activities without worrying about data security.
We keep notifications active to know when there is a threat risk and can take preventive measures in time.
