With Alert Logic, I can detect any threat in record time
What do you like best about the product?
I loved Alert Logic. It has an extended protection capacity to guarantee security and confidence in analyzing and processing our company's information. It offers a high level of threat detection and allows to obtain this information in real-time. This solution will enable me to get coverage that best suits our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the documentation is a bit sparse, although I consider this an easy-to-use software. However, I would like it to be more comfortable for the user, to avoid wasting time learning everything necessary.
I also find the interface a bit slow, which makes it confusing for new users.

Its functions to detect anomalies are always active. Moreover, it involves a constant monitoring system, which has been quite impressive because it identifies potential problems and responds adequately to them.
Overall, I like that it s easy to install, even if it takes time. In addition, it has a reasonable success rate because it has enough features to monitor in real-time and respond to any security issues that appear.

Alert Logic has been fantastic to work with.
Overall, it is an easy-to-use software to implement because it runs in the background after configuring it. The basic configuration is also advantageous and quick to implement. There is no need to set everything up from the beginning. I added settings as I needed more features, and it helped me customize my experience.
What I like the most is its real-time security verification. Also, technical support is provided by a 24/7 team of computer security experts.

Fast password expiry and lack of multi factor authentification is an issue for me.

The best thing about this platform is that it has a dashboard that is easy to navigate. The technical support team is great too.With this platform it much easy for one to investigate web application on premises.
