Alert Logic Managed Detection and Response
What do you like best about the product?
The new Incident response page indicates which MITRE is being addressed. When Alert Logic escalates an Event to High or Critical, they reach out by phone and email. The new Investigate Health feature is quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal scanning takes quite a while to complete. However, internal scanning does not complete in a timely fashion. In a large deployment, one must be sure to have multiple VM IDS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovery of exposures on devices that can be compared to our internal vulnerability scans for false positives or actual issues.

When it comes to detecting and responding to threats,Alert Logic MDR never disappoints and delivers amazing results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reliable with log management.

It is an easy product to implement and you will like a clean interface
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation is the best because there are always many tools that prove to have what is necessary, but it takes a long time to implement them, and they are also often confusing, but with Alert Logic, we could see that not everything is like that. It is a simple tool; the support is fast and easy to administer and adapts perfectly to our environment; we have not seen errors, it shows alert with intuitive notifications and with in-depth details, we make decisions and do the right thing, and we are safe from any threat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience has been very good with this product, and I don't see anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides security, and that is what we need; we are safe on the network, and this product provides that peace of mind that we were looking for so much due to problems we had previously.

It depends on what you are looking for; agree with your organization so that you have a test in Alert Logic, and you will see that it is very good to have it.

Easy to use, and I really like its dashboard because it shows a lot of useful and detailed information, the alerts are accurate, and it allows me to be sure of any threat at any time; it is the best security tool and the best solution.

Alert Logic continues to perform very well, and we are totally confident in this product because we love every one of its features.

We solve problems in the environment of vulnerability and defense against threats on the web, and we improve a lot in performance.

Alert Logic is a simple tool that works intuitively and identifies problems with notifications, and reports it to eliminate any cyber attack. It is an easy-to-understand tool; the interface is very detailed and excellent. Also, the technical support helped us a lot when we had doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you should improve signature-based detection as it tends to cause problems sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool, we are safe from attacks since it offers us a high level of security and a table that is quite easy to navigate, in general, it has been very good.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time alerts can proactively maintain current and accurate awareness. Having Alertlogic handle the detection and response allows our IT team flexibility to help in areas that need constant supervision.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there is too much information or noise being generated from MDR. Having to take the time to fine-tune the system to each company's liking can be a lot of work, but in the end, it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alertlogic MDR allows myself and other IT staff time to focus on other tasks at hand. We know that Alertlogic will stay on top of any emerging threats and alert us in real-time.

Alertlogic provides a good MDR solution for any size company. It is critical to protect your business-critical assets 24/7 now, and this company helps me accomplish that task.

The security solution is called Alert Logic MDR; it is a great tool that allows me to monitor resources and is easy to use and provides peace of mind and visibility of properties inside and outside each area, offers different methods to stop threat and provides compliance to give a correct answer in the event. It is a suitable tool to be able to rest easy, knowing that the records are being automatically monitored.

It is easy to use everything is very good, and I do not see anything negative at the moment.

The peace of mind it provides is unmatched, monitoring logs for threats and vulnerabilities and identifying any issues, and reducing incidents.

Although surely you are not sure whether to try this product, you should think about it because it is a vital tool in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic team and customer service is excellent. We ran a trial of the Alert Logic Professional service from Jan-Jun 2021, then deployed to our complete on-site & O365 environment in July 2021. We are still working though the issues the MDR has identified and are receiving excellent support from Alert Logic to advise on the best approach to each issue. We have monthly meetings with our customer sucess manager and can schedule meetings with technical experts as required. Overall the product and service gives excellent value for money - providing a 24X7 SOC team monitoring our network & endpoints, providing daily reports of activity, ongoing indentification of vunerabilities (internal & external facing) and monthly reports of overall health of our security posture and environment. As Director responsible for IT, it provides a level of assurance I could not get, even with a internal security team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an extensive product, requiring a significant level of internal effort to sucessfully implement, but like most things you get out what you put in. The investment in time to get the most out of the product will provide long-term assurance of our overall security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a high level of assurance regarding 24x7 network security and alert reporting. This product addresses a recommendation from our external cyber-security audit and gives myself and the IT Tech team a level of insight into network threats and vulnerabilities we simply couldnt get without this type of product.
I am happy with AL but still much to learn

I like web application. It is clear and nice looking.

Sometimes support tooks a lot of time to respond.

We are using that as a SIEM. It helps us with our cloud infrastructure
