It is always better to feel safe with a tool like Alert Logic MDR
What do you like best about the product?
I always like to be safe in my work, and with this excellent tool, it is good for reporting incidents in the event of any cyberattack, it provides specific information about threats, it has a great capacity to track attacks, and it can be monitored to find any attack. It really worked very well; it is the solution I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface is excellent, but some things are not well done, and it is difficult to look for problems in the registry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems in my operations at work due to the fact that where confidential files were stored they were exposed, now everything is much more secure with Alert Logic, and we are alert to any threat.

You will like it, and you will feel safe in your area to work without any fear.

It is a great essential security product in any business that requires it.
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool because it is the most decent that we could find because the support knew how to help us with every detail and its functions. I like it because it guarantees security and has many options to customize every detail. Your panels are well ordered, and we receive notifications with details to make a decision on each present problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was somewhat difficult; we noticed a lot of the documentation; however, the support had to help us and solve our problems. I hope they improve the interface a bit to make it more interactive and enjoyable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to monitor every day, 24 hours a day, and we check the log reports for irregularities.

It will be a great experience thanks to its functions and the benefits you will get.
A very good security tool that analyzes and keeps you safe
What do you like best about the product?
I like this security tool because it does a good job when it comes to threats and cybersecurity issues; with this tool, we stay safe as it displays report log notifications with very deep details. I also like its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I found it somewhat confusing, and its menus and interface I noticed that they are somewhat messy; I think it needs some improvements and adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safety is always important at work, and with Alert Logic MDR, we are safe. It is a tool that gives us high levels of security and also the opportunity to easily identify threats and be able to solve them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it's good at managing security, and it is feature-rich and easy to integrate, and customizable too. It is a useful tool, and the table shows a lot of information, and the alerts are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alert notifications are sometimes false positives, and that annoys a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our security issues have been resolved, and we now have an extensive log and can keep an eye on everyone with the threat monitor details.

Great deep threat log tool with good user interface.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of incorporation and that it includes an excellent support web platform. It is a great product that is easy to install, and in terms of general security, it gives us peace of mind, we receive notifications in real-time, and it provides complete information, and we make a decision on any impact. I like the notifications because it provides all the details in great depth.

The interface is very well done. However, I notice it is somewhat old, but it is not bad. I also wish there were frequent updates and improvements.

Fulfills its functions in general, we manage security and monitor failed login attempts, and we are really calm about your security due to its surveillance 24 hours a day.

It is easy to use and is a security product that combines artificial intelligence and protects and is safe. I recommend it.
A powerful tool, and not to miss!
What do you like best about the product?
The network topology graphs are there, along with advanced host threat detection methods. And it is especially suited great for AWS ecosystem and push to security in the cloud workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the documentation and push may be AWS based even though there is support for other cloud platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vulnerability management, host intrusion, securing cloud workloads, and threat detection. We have realized that the UI is very powerful in these regards.

The user interface is not really intuitive and in general many limitations with the product itself.
Many vital features are missing and it takes a while to get things configured to satisfaction.

We use it for threat detection, however there are still many non-neglible use cases it does not cover (DDOS attacks for example)
It is better to have a security solution and not need it that to need it and not have it
What do you like best about the product?
I like Alert Logic for its simple and easy-to-use interface, and the support is very good. It is a very good deep threat log tool with easy to use interface and good for getting threat monitor logs and threat remediation risk analysis even by email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the dashboard needs improvement because sometimes it is difficult to navigate, and it is a bit time-consuming to look at and analyze logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good tool and quite easily and it works very well. We use it to log threats, and it gives us a lot of confidence with this service, it gives us a high level of security, and that's really good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are thinking of using this tool, I will say yes, dot it; it has a very nice and easy-to-use interface with good features.
Integrated Solution with great improvements over time.
What do you like best about the product?
The solution has pretty much everything you may need, integrated into a single pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
New features may not match what we need, but the market dictates what happens first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need many solutions, so I don't require many vendors or technologies to manage. The simplicity and centralization of so many tools in a single Alert Logic solution not only saves me time but money.
