Emerging tool for improving Machine Learning Based Data Security
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this product is the level of security it provides to your data. As the name suggests, this software is beautifully designed to alert any logical potential threat to your websites. It keeps a good check on the IP addresses trying to reach our servers, warns us well in advance about the compromised credentials, and helps us correct/change them beforehand. It helps us track the vulnerabilities associated with the data sharing and highlights everything on the dashboard, as well as sending alerts to the required desks. A very well-managed tool overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product requires a bit of hard work to be put from our side too. Like we expect the latest products to be pre-integrated with Machine Learning and other necessary compliance algorithms, but it seems like the inbuilt algorithms don't perform that well as compared to custom algorithms, which we are learning and exploiting at the same time. So we are constantly improving upon the product to increase the false-positive rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly ideating on the applications for integration with other online products we are thinking of launching soon. It currently works amazingly in alerting us about the traffic and the compromised details. We are now in constant touch with the customer support team, and they are helping us understand some other related domains where we can exploit the beauty of this product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend this product to startups that provide unique products for ensuring cybersecurity among other firms since there's a lot to learn behind the technicalities of this software. Also, this product works well for organizations like ours, where the primary motive is to ensure the data security of one's firm.

Great product for external SOC
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing Alert Logic SOC allows me to sleep at night knowing someone is looking at our logs for threats
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little cumbersome to install and it is time-consuming to get it organized. Somtimes the console is unresponsive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AL for 24/7 monitoring and remediations. I have also been able to use daily log reports to recognize irregular behaviors and find undiscovered threats

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Alert Logic MDR is the level of security provided by this software. We had been lately struggling for a compliance system that can protect our data from thefts, and this software does the job for us. The solutions provided by the software are pretty integrable with the existing services, and the software has successfully managed to block the company's database from web attacks. The dashboard is unique since it shows any possible future anomalies if any, and alerts our IT staff about the trusted websites and potential risks in monetary terms. Thus a complete 24/7 security system in itself, and I am also delighted with the contact support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems quite impressive as of now, and we haven't seen any major bugs so far. One feature that would be really helpful if introduced can be the latency improvement between us using a particular platform and the software informing us about the potential threat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using this product for the compliance system of the company. The benefits are straightforward since there has been no significant web attack since we started using this product. So the product is quite valuable to our company.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use an all-in-one solution; you can use it as a siem and even as a soc as a service. They have a very flexible solution that can be configured in your network with the help of appliances that they send you and which are included in the service, I have more than two years using alert logic services, i'm pleased with the support i have received in the years i have using the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can solve some issues with detecting the health of the agents they have running inside the network because it sometimes sees some agents as unhealthy, without any reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get centralized information about what is happening in my network, and I also have a specialized team that calls me as soon as they detect a threat in my environment. I'm thanks to alertlogic service, I'm able to be proactive to the threats that come to my network.

i recommend alertlogic for companies which need to get more visibility of their networks and need high skilled techs involved in their network protection, with alertlogic you are going to receive a 24/7 service which are goin to be in contact with you in any situation you have with your environgment.

Truly white glove service is what you receive when working with Alert Logic MDR services. For our public cloud offering, we rely heavily on Alert Logic MDR for guidance and review of HIPAA and other service level requirements from our customers. We couldn't do it without the help of Alert Logic MDR.

Nothing... honestly, everything is up to par and easy to use.

Alert Logic MDR provides us with comprehensive coverage. Overall, the data and insights we receive are powerful and extremely valuable to providing first class service to our customers.

If you have specific needs regarding the monitoring and management of your nodes within your network, I can't fully recommend Alert Logic MDR enough. It is a fantastic suite of tools.

The dashboard info shows quite a bit of information. The alerts are very helpful.

I would like to be able to customize the dashboards a bit more.

We see more alerts coming through that allow us to be proactive in our service and working with other teams within our tech bureau.
