Exceptional Service with Exceptional Security
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and setup is a huge upside. Up to date technology. Realiability and great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I can say I dislike at this time.

Alert Logic is watching out for potential threats 24/7.

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility gained within our cloud infrastructure, ease of deployment and configuration and response time of their professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross-account functionality could use some work; UI, vulnerability scanning and EDR still needs a bit of maturity. We've run into issues where the agent is incurring additional costs in our AWS environment due to cross AZ network traffic. We also ran into accuracy of detection reporting due to our intermediary devices not having x-forwarder-for in our LoadBalancers and some of our proxies us HTTP Piping so the SOC was not able to tune it out. They do not also provide JA3 or JA3S for hashing encrypting traffic if we're not able to decrypt traffic on appliances. Their support is also a bit lacking and varies. It's a hit or miss. Sometimes we would get direct responses and sometimes our tickets would just never get looked at no matter how urgent and we're directed to call the hotline to further escalate which can take > 3 days. If your environment does not use CloudFormation for deployment, deployment can also get difficult and messy. They also have a 50GB a day cap on log collection which was not bought to our attention during the whole buying phase. This has caused us to scrutinize the delivery and visibility of our logs. If you need something to check the box for compliance it's a good bundle for the costs, you get somewhat SIEM, MDR and Vulnerability Management, EDR and FIM all in one.

I don't think I can dislike any feature right now but would love to see new features getting added frequently.

1. There is nothing that Can give your Valuable data 100% Security but with alert Logic mDR your Can prevent breaching or any external CyberAttack.

Best experience in this platform and good features
What do you like best about the product?
To go with the integrated approach in alert logic MDR, we can use the EDR platform. It has an excellent dashboard which is very informative and impressive. It has an excellent support team that responds very quickly without wasting any time. It is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find exposure and configuration remediation issues to be the same in a different section, but once we get used to it we won't find it anymore. Also, signature and behavioral-based detection could be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While the developer is writing a code, few mistakes are encountered. In that case, based on the vulnerability that exists in the software can be identified

The vital context of risk exposure it provides in accordance to enable the appropriate event response. The feature of delivery based outcome security while collecting the traffic over networks and also providing data coverage are among the best features which came across.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface must be more interactive and should provide positive outcomes. It's because it makes one believe that they are under a specific threat which they are not. The insights provided must be easier to understand and adapt by the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's best in handling vulnerabilities in cloud environments, and the occurrence is also being protected precisely by Alert logic. The valuable material which is provided to us free of cost, the external vulnerabilities scanning. Most importantly, it effectively prevents our computers from engaging in any cyber threats unknowingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic MDR is a very good product and easy to understand, thanks to its interface and detailed description of each function. Creating an alert has never been easier. It has also prioritized customization, and I can also collect different data in open source. With this software, we feel very safe since we can identify any type of threat and develop cybersecurity before they act. The implementation was simple and, above all, because it can be easily integrated with other cloud platforms and launched instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now everything is going very well. But they should improve some details for example improve the false postive rate since it make you believe that there is threat when there is not.

We all want to feel safe in the workplace, and thanks to this tool, we have been able to achieve it. We feel safe since we can effectively prevent cyber threats on our computers.

Alert logic is a robust and powerful security solution that works really well in ensuring tight security for your organization against any attacks and does a great job in locking malicious sites.

The UI isn't very intuitive and needs a lot of improvement.
Though bugs are fixed pretty quickly by the team but there are lot of limitations in terms of the functionalities in this solution.

The signature-based and behavioral-based detection can be improved. Like adding Machine Learning-based detection methodology can improve the false positive rate.

What do you like best about the product?
The Alert Logic is excellent for blocking web attacks like SQL injection, XSS and many others.
Not only this but what I liked the most is the support team is very knowledgeable and responsive and are ready to help at any time.
The dashboard is clean and allows users to quickly see what requires their attention and details are easily accessed by clicking down into records. There are multiple configurations in which to specify how to handle policy violations, set up proxy routing and load balancing.

Not so much dislike what some improvements that are needed are fine tunning of configurations because they are taking more than a month and adding more security issues.
