We use it for analysing, investigation and governance of intelligence cyber threats targeting to harm cloud data.
Best for incidents intelligence management and dark and deep web monitoring capabilities. It's user-interface and GUI has simple settings templates. Real-time alerts on threats and the likes.

Alert Logic MDR is securing our cloud while outsourcing workloads to the cloud.Threat monitoring is great that we are having high vulnerabilities.Alert Logic MDR is perfect for web application and detecting threats in real time. It compliant with all relevant regulations.The white-Glove is helping better in abling use keep our enterprises.

We found that at some times is having a delay in sanning of our applications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Alert Logic MDR tool is easy to use and gives you a lot of options for customizing your alerts. For example you can track specific IP addresses or hash values to create a custom alert that is tailored to your needs. Also, you can export your data to an Excel file which makes it easy to analyze your alerts or share with your team for collaboration purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the Alert Logic MDR tool. It gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to monitor our infrastructure as part of our cybersecurity program. We can set up custom alerts based on the IP addresses or hashes that indicate potential attacks. This makes it quick and easy for us to detect suspicious behavior so that we can take corrective action before any damage is done. It is also very useful whenever we need to report suspicious activity to our IT department, since the data can be exported into Excel files for easy analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Updates: The Alert Logic MDR updates and enhancements are continuous. Every now and then we receive notifications that new updates have been released, and it is always recommended that you update immediately so that the app is as up-to-date as possible. We also receive training notifications when new features are added to the application, which is a great way to stay abreast of changes and updates.
Alerts: One of the things I like most about this app is that I receive real-time alerts when there are potential issues with our network so that I can take appropriate actions.

Nothing in particular at this time. I really like the way the application works, and all of the security features it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main reasons we use Alert Logic MDR is to help detect and respond to potential threats to our network and data. It provides valuable insights into our security posture so that we can make improvements where necessary and ensure that our network security is properly managed. By automating many of these processes, it enables us to focus on more important things such as growing our business and improving profitability.
