Security and ease of mind built into the system
What do you like best about the product?
The solution has changed how we as a company work with securing assets and how we can integrate with key players within the ecosystem. The customer support team has been amazing, answering and following up on us as a customer on a frequent basis. The implementation was a breeze, the co-signer changed how we were designing automation. And they're very open to hear our feedback regarding the current and future services!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Fireblocks, the only thing is that their ecosystem has become very large in a short time which means a lot in when setting up security TAP correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from a home-made single privatekey stored and locked down in complex infrastructure and firewall rules, over to another industry player using HSMs but now moving to Fireblocks and MPC forever. The flexibility and security it gives on sharding the private keys alone makes it 1000% more secure than ever. Easier to monitor the whole system. We've grown our customerbase with 1000% in matter of years with next to no downtime at Fireblocks. Chain integrations has always been shitty DX, with Fireblocks it's a click of a button. I can safely say that we're saving years on using Fireblocks rather than our old solutions.

Great introduction to the ecosystem

It is an amazing team with very mission driven.

None at the moment - too early to know atm.

It helps us to scale quickly our project . We are in discovery stage

auto log off feature, where we are logged off if we do not respond

Higher cost and additional hidden cost for almost any additional requirements that are not charged by competitors

Great user experience and asset coverage
What do you like best about the product?
Fireblocks is one of the very few custody solutions that provides a super easy user experience and a flexible policy rule engine, while also covering a ton of assets. Additional features like off-exchange, staking and WalletConnect integration mane it a one-stop shop for digital asset custody.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a lot. They are a bit on the pricy side...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly broad asset coverage and exchange counterparty risk mitigation.
