Decent, effective video system
What do you like best about the product?
It worked and was inexpensive. Worked when we had items scheduled. Not as popular, though.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients were confused slightly about what Ring central was. Felt like they had to download the application to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to chat and video chat during the call.
