Awesome video conferencing application
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use with the familiar zoom-like UI. It enables us to connect with our clients for smooth communications and collaboration on projects. The quality of video and screen sharing features is optimal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes difficult to connect phone audio with an Indian number and dialing passcode becomes tiresome. The applications also hang sometimes which affects the ongoing presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us in many ways including screen sharing to showcase product developments, give control to attendee to make changes in the system, conduct webinar and townhouse meetings.

Ring Central
What do you like best about the product?
This app is very easy to use for all video and audio calls. It allows various customizeable features and also recently learned that I'm able to send faxs using the app. Overall its a good app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that I've gotten a lot of spam calls using this app. Don't know if this is Ring Central's fought or user error. Lastly, I do get a lot of email from Ring Central app concerning changes to my accout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral Video is allow me to make video calls and also has the feature to make audio calls as well as send apps. It interfaces with my gmail and is easy to use.

Great platform that is easy to use
Free account with no limit is great

Uptime and meeting quality in respective to audio and video
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes voice is low in calls so needs to fix this

Calls with team to coordinate while working from home

What do you like best about the product?
Just a couple of clicks from your calendar and it's right to the meeting. Of all of the meeting programs that I have used this is by far the easiest. I just love it when the program works as it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any issues or seen anything missing from this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program has helped the company with collaboration, accomplishment, inspiration, and sharing of goals. Because the program is not buggy we are able to get into our meetings fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just use it like you would any other program, but don't worry about the bugs.
Efficient but some issues
What do you like best about the product?
RIngcentral is efficient and I like that I can do both video chats and call/text with it. it makes everything very continuous and integrated together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do see a lot of trouble with the application where I have to restart it. Ringcentral video takes a while to load. Not my fav of all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to work with people that arent in my office and that are working remotely. Allows me to communicate with clients without them having my personal phone number.

Doing Screenshare with the clients to take the remote access to their machine to resolve technical issues related to our Company application
Best video Conferencing & Project Illustration application Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that unlike any other remote conferencing platform, It has a whiteboard, to illustrate the project/development features to connected employees. It has also a AI powered live transcription tool which can be really appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I have not anything in the platform that needs to be changed. It's upto them if they can introduce some new features which their development team can introduce to improve productivity and sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project development related discussion remotely, along with utilising some salient features like AI powered live transcript. Organizing remote conferencing and meeting etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one the the best remote video conferencing platform along with AI Powered transcription and messaging systems embedded in within. Must give a try.
Lovely and Uninterrupted Experience while Using Ringcentral Video
What do you like best about the product?
The Way I can share Screen and Video and control of it, The way The Video Quality Test feature is available and the Background Options that it gives
What do you dislike about the product?
When you access it from Direct Browser and not a Mobile or Desktop Application, It gets frequent disconnection and experience is not as better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing internal and client meetings with Ringcentral video and now clients are more reluctant to use Google Meet or Microsoft Meetings. We are Recording each and every sessions and that gives best resulsts ever

There is not much I dislike. It's great!

We are able to communicate within our separate departments or on a company-wide basis so easily. We are much more organized than we have been in the past.

I don't have anything to say about it becausae the app it is great to work with. And it has great features and the service it is amazing, you will not regret working with this app

I have not had problems with the app so far, it has working great for me and my co workers. Even when we are working from home, works great you don't have any issue
