Great App for Communication in the Office
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to message or do meetings with coworkers and management when we are not all in one place and need to meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app sometimes has issues opening up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have virtual meetings when we have people out of the office.

Convenient to use and has other features like messaging, adding to contacts

I can't think of any for now. I haven't done group chat maybe not sure how that works

Fast, and easy to use for teamwork. It's been an agreeable experience so far.

Ask for updates too often, but honestly, I am not sure if it is not my computer.

When COVID hit streaming was a must, and Ringcentral made the difference.
Decent Zoom replacement. The standout feature is the closed captioning/transcript options

Closed Captioning and Transcriptions are the most useful features within RCV.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of Polling and the inability to control Virtual Backgrounds for my organization

We already were on RingCentral Meetings(Zoom) and are being transitioned over to RingCentral Video

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that RingCentral is easy to use for text messaging, phone calls, and for video conference calls. Definitely a great tool to integrate into your business and it makes communicating with prospects and current clients seamless and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at the moment. RingCentral has fulfilled all of my business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have video conferences with my team and with my clients by using RingCentral. Logging in is easy, using the application to conduct my meetings is smooth, and the integration between RingCentral and my other software applications is seamless.
An excellent option for conference videos, especially on COVID times.

I think the price it's a little expensive, their licensing strategy is by each user, You could need a considerable budget if you are planning to integrate your team.

It's a great solution for video conferences, it help us so much during the worst part of the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
In RingCentral App, We can adequately take the video call. Screen sharing is most of the valuable things in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major dislike in video calling in RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For video calls, there is no lack of streaming while the screen is shared. Voice is getting correctly.

video calling, chatting board,bookmark option can metnion someone message tab,fax,video call,contact tab can qucikly find out the files and images able to see availablitiy of person can change status of ourself

we have have a quick calls through video and can share screen.also can send different types of files over the ring central easy to use and GUI is very attractive can attached large files and able to send over the application.also gets notification if someone pings you

Easy to install and setup, As long as you have internet you can stay connected for as long as you'd like & integration with calendar for Scheduling
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a decent network otherwise, there are interuptions. If only they could support voice on 2g and above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meet face to face ( very beneficial ever since covid kicked in ), conference large audience with all the controls on my fingertips along with chat features.

If you have your checklist on all the functionalities and need a tool that has 99% uptime then Ringcentral should be your first preference.
