Good Videoconferencing service
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast the application loads and it pretty much fits all the needs when doinh web conferencing calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you downloaded the first time it takes too much time to install
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for videoconferencing and all other calls or troubleshooting from our clients that would like to share their screen for demoing purposes

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly, easy to navigate, better UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have problems scheduling meetings using outlook calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ring central to take interviews.
RingCentral is not Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I would not recommend RingCentral Video to a friend or colleague and cannot in my honest opinion say there is a good feature to this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Ring Central Video is the constant lagging. It is very slow and not overly user-friendly. There are many kinks to this software that I think need to be worked out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. I could not solve problems with Ring Central Video due to the speed and constant lagging of the software.

No Recommendations. There are better, more user-friendly options.
Glitchy at best
What do you like best about the product?
A centralized place for everyone in your company to hold meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very common to have a delay in connection of video, audio or other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simplistic video conferencing tool that does just that.
Functions as needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like have a central application to call, video, and message without having to switch apps. Everything is all together and I can quickly jump on a call to talk with a colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
I notice the app is slow to call and just isn't as seamless as Zoom. If I want to make a video call, it takes several moments to load and actually call the other person. While you can have a call with multiple people on ring, it's not as simple as zoom. There's a function in outlook to quickly add a zoom meeting whereas ring I have to set it up within ring and then add it to my calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized all in one communication tool. I use ring most for improv questions or calls. I can quickly hop in a call rather then scheduling a zoom and sending out a link. Saves time.
Not so popular
What do you like best about the product?
Its a pretty robust system with all functionality of a video call system. Installing is pretty easy,assignment of real telephone number is pretty good, look is pretty decent

Its feels like old school and doesn't give the modern feel, licensure are pretty expensive, there's no free limited time version like zoom does, overall this app is pretty outdated

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty straight forward, no weird settings that you have to enable. Just simple meeting app
What do you dislike about the product?
Randomly, if you try to enter a meeting that hasn't started yet it will say some crazy date as to when it's going to start. I think it might be pulling the data from the last meeting

What do you like best about the product?
Quality of the voice call. Ability to make video calls and chat through messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chat display is not so appealing. Video quality is also not that good. It hangs a lot and voice breakage during video calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business meetings and internal team meetings. It is saving time and money which we will incur if we have to travel to meet with our clients.
Good company wide message system
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is it is easy to use, and have outside people use our video conferencing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of that when I log in; I cannot get it to open when I've pinned it to my taskbar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom and Microsoft teams doesn't work with our system sometimes, so we can use RC video as a backup when we meet with outside partners.
A More Professional Approach to Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to schedule your next virtual meeting and share the link to all the members you need to attend. Always the same saved settings when you reload the app everytime. A master button for the moderator to mute/unmute participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Laggy at times. And there are meetings where I attended late because the app was very slow in loading. Some technical issues that are not resolved quickly and required restarting the entire computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If the app is crashing or not loading properly, it's best to use the web version instead of doing some troubleshooting with the app while you end up getting late in your meeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to start your app on mute so no unwanted noise will be shared when attending a meeting.
