An excellent option for conference videos, especially on COVID times.
What do you like best about the product?
It has many features that make it valuable from my point of view, here some of them:

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price it's a little expensive, their licensing strategy is by each user, You could need a considerable budget if you are planning to integrate your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great solution for video conferences, it help us so much during the worst part of the pandemic.

Excellent quality on video calls.

You can make a fluence video conference with clients without any interruptions.

What do you like best about the product?
In RingCentral App, We can adequately take the video call. Screen sharing is most of the valuable things in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major dislike in video calling in RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For video calls, there is no lack of streaming while the screen is shared. Voice is getting correctly.

we have have a quick calls through video and can share screen.also can send different types of files over the ring central easy to use and GUI is very attractive can attached large files and able to send over the application.also gets notification if someone pings you

Easy to install and setup, As long as you have internet you can stay connected for as long as you'd like & integration with calendar for Scheduling

Needs a decent network otherwise, there are interuptions. If only they could support voice on 2g and above.

Meet face to face ( very beneficial ever since covid kicked in ), conference large audience with all the controls on my fingertips along with chat features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have your checklist on all the functionalities and need a tool that has 99% uptime then Ringcentral should be your first preference.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast the application loads and it pretty much fits all the needs when doinh web conferencing calls

Sometimes when you downloaded the first time it takes too much time to install

We use it for videoconferencing and all other calls or troubleshooting from our clients that would like to share their screen for demoing purposes

Its user friendly, easy to navigate, better UI.

Have problems scheduling meetings using outlook calendar.

RingCentral is not Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I would not recommend RingCentral Video to a friend or colleague and cannot in my honest opinion say there is a good feature to this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Ring Central Video is the constant lagging. It is very slow and not overly user-friendly. There are many kinks to this software that I think need to be worked out!

None. I could not solve problems with Ring Central Video due to the speed and constant lagging of the software.

No Recommendations. There are better, more user-friendly options.

A centralized place for everyone in your company to hold meetings.

It is very common to have a delay in connection of video, audio or other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simplistic video conferencing tool that does just that.
Functions as needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like have a central application to call, video, and message without having to switch apps. Everything is all together and I can quickly jump on a call to talk with a colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
I notice the app is slow to call and just isn't as seamless as Zoom. If I want to make a video call, it takes several moments to load and actually call the other person. While you can have a call with multiple people on ring, it's not as simple as zoom. There's a function in outlook to quickly add a zoom meeting whereas ring I have to set it up within ring and then add it to my calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized all in one communication tool. I use ring most for improv questions or calls. I can quickly hop in a call rather then scheduling a zoom and sending out a link. Saves time.
