RingCentral Video
What do you like best about the product?
I like that RingCentral allows you to schedule and join meetings at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule, join and start meetings without choosing three different options. Everything is in one place.

It does the job, just a little clunky.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find complete contact list - you don't have to search for specific people. Also easy to see the full group when in conference calls - an especially nice feature during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it's a bit clunky; the layout isn't horrible but isn't ideal. We only have this because our corporate uses this and wanted us to be on the same platform. But, internally, we use a different platform that is significantly more convenient for file sharing and group conversation & interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conference calls - in a pandemic, you seem not ever to be able to get enough of them. Platforms that allow for both video calling and screen sharing are an absolute must, plus having a setting where the organizer has rights to mute people (instrumental in large meetings) is a big bonus.
Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the 'dashboard' is simple and easy to use. It really helps some of the older people I work with, who are a little unenthusiastic about ZOOM
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike much. Except, the video lags from time to time

Able to conduct team-building meetings remotely, some employees are more comfortable with Ringcentral as opposed to other providers/apps

RingCentral
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use this RingCentral for a lot of different things. We use it as the office phone (which you can transfer calls to your cell to make sure you do not miss a call), you can also use it to make video calls. I also like the fax feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about RingCentral. It took some time to get used to initially because we had regular phone service here for a long time. There were no extra features to what we had at first as we do now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now schedule video calls, conference calls, interviews, or calls with my co-workers, unlike I was able to do before we got RingCentral. I think this product's benefits have added more life to me with the different features that it offers. I can do so much more now that we have RingCentral, such as video calling, faxing, messaging, and forwarding my calls to my cell so that I don't miss anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ringcentral is a great product to add to your Office if you do a lot of messaging, faxing, and video calling (interviews, conference calls, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
During virtual times, I used this to hold meetings. It's way to use and navigate. You can access It on your phone while you are on the go. I found it similar to other virtual meeting apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to download it to my desktop and had some issues with that process more so than zoom. And it took me a while to figure out how it works - not as user friendly in its interface

I realized I don't have to have meetings in person since the pandemic so this has been a true lifesaver. You can meet with people all over the world in one central location without ever leaving your house
The app is alright, website is better
What do you like best about the product?
Able to connect with other staff during Covid. We could easily video chat in a few seconds with one button.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cuts out a lot and is even worse when land line phones are used instead of the app.

Great Solution for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is easy to integrate with other 3rd party software like Zendesk and other CRM. It is such an innovative and easy solution I must say, allowing easy of customization
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think they is something I dislike when I made use of this software. In fact, it is easy to customize and integrate. This is something that is worth mentioning that most businesses look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I made use of this software, I had it intergated with Zendesk. It allows me to communicate with muy clients and customers that placed orders for my items freely without the need to logout of the platform. I could do voice and video call with them. I also had it integrated with Shopify so you know.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this solution if you are an ecommerce looking to integrate your business hosted on Shopify and you made use of CRM tool such as Zendesk to interact with your customers. Ringcentral is an easy to intergrate solution that allows you to seamlessly community with your clients via voice or video on the spot!

What do you like best about the product?
Can be set up very easily and used amongst multiple teams. The data tracking is the best of any system I've used. Super user friendly for the sales or marketing team and the consumer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is other competition out there that is less pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to contact customers quickly and efficiently. Being able to track what our internal team is doing is super helpful. This has everything in one convenient place.
Perfect for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Ring Central rarely crashed and is user friendly! I can always find what I needed - the settings and video options are nice!
What do you dislike about the product?
Using filters on videos is harder than Zoom, but is possible!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it at work to telecommute and having video meetings is definitely benficial. Sharing screens and being able to see your co-workers is definitely a plus for WFH.

Dig around in the settings - there are more than you think!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the integrated app which you can make calls from and choose which # you want it to appear as coming from (800, personal, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The web portal could be more intuitive. I've been using it for months and still cannot find missed calls, only voicemails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can answer incoming calls and avoid using personal phones for outbound calls. The Call Queue is nice as too.
