What do you like best about the product?
The way it looks like an ordinary video conferencing platform but it has a lot of purpose
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just the numbers of email that they send ok your registered email. It's actually kinda bombarding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well actually, a lot. Whenever we have meetings that needs to be done on ringcentral, it's conveniently done there.

It was basically like all the other apps for meetings.

The phone app doesn't come w backgrounds pre loaded have to download some.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been effortless to use and to deploy—simple user setup and installation. Since we already used Ring Central phones for voice, Video was easy to adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is web-based there is some occasion that the picture does get delayed or the sound gets choppy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to have users install RC on their cell phones and use RC video instead of Facetime or Skype.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The program is very easy to use and has replaced multiple applications such as WebEx, Skype, and Facetime.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how convenient RingCentral is to use. It allows me to use my work phone, even when I am not at work. I also like that it offers phone recordings, allowing me to go back and listen to a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have about RingCentral is the layout of the app; it can be confusing to navigate sometimes. The product could be better with an updated app for your phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to work away from my desk, which allows me to get my work done efficiently. I can also text clients from my work number, which is also really helpful at times.

What do you like best about the product?
I use RingCentral primarily for presenting webinars, and when it works as expected, it's great. We use source link tracking for registration pages, launch survey after broadcast, poll questions, automated email reminders to registrants, and chat during webinars. All of these features work well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experienced issues with the webinar video cloud recording file not functioning, the registration page not working correctly on certain browsers, and prospective attendees being unable to download the application and access the broadcast. When we experience these issues, support is quick to respond but very rarely solves the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The webinar platform is good, and we've used it for many successful broadcasts. It seems to have gotten more stable over time, making it less stressful to present webinars with hundreds of attendees without fear that a RingCentral issue will cause problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can mirror my image and that I can touch up my image. There are days when that really comes in handy!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no captions. It requires an install, so every time a new client joins, they're inevitably late. It's not as intuitive as Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When doing training calls, I use RingCentral. I'm doing more and more training, so I've been using this application quite a bit.

What do you like best about the product?
Suitable video conferencing platform with easy-to-use desktop and mobile apps. Video conferencing functions similarly to competitors (Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Good assortment of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform feels "dated" and clunky. Admin portal is difficult to navigate. Video conferencing sessions frequently lag, glitch, or do not work as expected. Occasional issues with attendees outside of organization joining meeting via desktop client download or via web. Difficult configuration processes for numbers, menus, call forwarding, and device settings/management. Comparatively expensive vs. competitors for what you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides VoIP and video conferencing services for our organization. Allows for remote work/phone environment, easy video meetings, and good Outlook calendar integration, albeit occasionally buggy.

RC Video and Phone Helpdesk is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
This solution gave our helpdesk unity in covering the time frames and shifts of the team members, and end-users are able to chat visually or leave messages to be contacted later. The product has a mobile app that we can take with us when we're not at our desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times when video quality seems lower than average, so we are still determining if this is a QoS (Quality of Service) issue stemming from the product or our internal networking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to make sure that our clients and end-users continually have a way to reach our helpdesk members during business hours, wherever they might reside, and also have methods of leaving their contact information when regular business hours resume the next day.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use!!! Quality of video and post recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a thing!! Very user friendly!!! No major training needed to roll out to team for quick use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a huge life saver with all the agents we have moved to WFH. We also use this as a point to point solution when screensharing with WFH agents.
