A Great Team Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Glip has been very effective when it comes to team collaboration. It offers great features such as chat, and teamwork planning, and organization. There can never be an easy time to work together as a team, like when using Glip. The tool is affordable, easy to set up, and all the features work well. Customization is also seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any regret using Glip. It has been a flawless process, and the tool delivers as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For all our team collaboration needs, we trust Glip. This tool saves time and keeps the team connected, thus enhancing productivity. It is affordable and makes many business processes seamless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your business needs a collaboration tool, you can never go wrong with Glip. I recommend this software for it has worked for us and it comes with many features which is fantastic.

Great messaging and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading documents during collaboration keeping everyone in the team informed

I cant think of any drawbacks now regarding my use of Glip

We are able to tag people during conversations and availability of inline attachment previews

If you need a very easy way to communicate with other team members or colleagues in one place then Glip is the perfect too for that

- accessible via webapp, client application, and mobile apps
- very user-friendly user interface
- easy to share files
- easy to integrate with other platforms (servicenow, slack etc)
- integration with the outlook/g calendar is a fantastic idea
- the "task" button/function in the chats is very useful to remind colleagues/teams

What do you dislike about the product?
- not all features and options can be controlled via the command line. That is useful and desirable for organizations with large numbers of employees.

It keeps all teams connected while Working From Home
User friendly, powerful to communicate & collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and the free version works with your internal team & external guests. You can assign tasks with deadlines on the same group chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have “board” view available and to be able to remove contacts you no longer need from your list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At times, some of the participants in a particular group have challenges assigning tasks, but it does not happen in all groups for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Other collaboration tools are overwhelming to manage not Glip. I was able to substitute all other messaging programs and integrated collaboration with groups/teams on the same app. It syncs with all my devices immediately.

Allows you to greatly improve the collaboration and communication between all members of the work team, greatly improving the flow of communication and information management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works as it should, my only drawback with the tool is that at times it can take a few seconds to hang up, but this happens only for a few seconds and then it gets better.

Allows you to manage a fluidity in communication between all members of the team, greatly improving the management of information and collaboration between all members, improving the overall management of activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Glip has a nice way to improve our communication in the office and create a simple environment for us to communicate and discuss our ideas as well as our tasks. Firstly, I like that the interface is easy to navigate and supplies us with nice integrations that can be used in the chat to increase our productivity.
I love the way Glip is a lot more business-focused than any other chat software, as it combines professionalism and communication, helping me communicate with my team in a way I can also organize incoming events thanks to the calendar and file sharing features. Another favorite tool from this app is the way it stores everything in the cloud with different and identifiable workspaces so it’s easier to look through.

What do you dislike about the product?
Video chat tool is not the most reliable and I don’t use it that often for the same reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my time using Glip, I’ve loved the way its efforts have improved my communication with all employees and office workers. Here’s the thing: we tend to manage multiple projects and events at the same time, so communication is a crucial part of it and it needs to be done efficiently so that there are no mistakes in anyone’s part. Glip has managed, especially now, to get us back in place with our work and helped us organize our upcoming events and projects while also helping me organize group chats and keep track of assigned tasks from all workers that are in different departments but still contribute to our projects. I love the way Glip makes it so easy to have everything in one place and it doesn’t feel draining to use this software as it is easy to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Glip is useful if you want to be able to look through past information that can be used for future projects. With Glip there’s no need for emails as it stores everything in the app itself.
Extremely Flexible Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Glip allows my team to maintain an open connection via the Teams feature. Quick questions which were previously drop-in, hall meetings, are now productive, informative, and have a minimal impact on focus. It is also very simple to open a chat with individual team members that need only involve the two of you.
The calling feature is also very easy to use. Our company has transferred our phone services to RingCentral and this integrates rather nicely into Glip. This means that I can go from chatting to someone on my team to a call with a simple click.

What do you dislike about the product?
For my company, we are added to several default team for which we cannot remove ourselves. This may cause some distraction, but those teams are easily muted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the national lock-down/quarantine of the U.S., our entire company has moved to working remotely. Glip facilitates maintaining open communications that do not feel forced or awkward. It also maintains a sense of being a part of the team.
Collaboration is fairly easy because multiple team members can chime in whenever they are available, instead of having to arrange for meetings with everyone in person.

Taking a creative approach to communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like Glip because it is a very creative platform for real-time chat communication, my work team can conduct video conferences, meetings, and written communications instantly, saving a lot of time. I can protect all my knowledge, cloud-based. It is very easy to use and completely free, it is compatible with Android and iOS systems for desktops and mobile devices, which makes it easy to use, as you will have no reason not to use it, it is also internet-based and does not need to be downloaded.

Glip is a very innovative tool that I have nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this fantastic tool, I was able to have better control using my work team at the communication level, thanks to the ability to maintain a group chat where we can share ideas in a clearer and more organized way, with the calendar reminder option helping me stay aware of the different meetings and events already planned, this is undoubtedly an excellent feature.

I recommend Glip as a very powerful communication tool, its wonderful instant messaging feature allows me to better track and control the various activities and ideas generated by my team, with Glip I can create reports, events, meetings, video conferencing, real-time file sharing. If you are looking for a communication tool for instant messaging, then Glip is the best.

I like Glip because it is a platform designed for conversation between teams where you can share and organize tasks, work plans all in real time, its excellent features facilitate textual communication through chat or auditory visual through video calls, thus allowing the best file redemption

With this great tool we have been able to organize our work in a spectacular way, communication flows better, the features it presents allow us to create a directory of employees and thus be able to reach them more directly by interacting through instant messaging and even videoconferences is very practical and useful

I fully recommend Glip first because it is an easy-to-use tool with very complete features, second because it is the best tool in task management and above all to perform teamwork. It is compatible with desktop system such as Windows, Mac, and Android system, all the information is based on the cloud so I can take it anywhere, the best online system. With Glip I find everything I'm looking for when organizing my work
Glip: Easy Team Messaging
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up chat groups for different teams in a work environment. It took me no time to get used to the user interface. I like that I can get email notifications for when I'm tagged in things. I have some chats that I tend to ignore because there isn't a lot of relevancy to me in it however when I get tagged I can quickly get to that chat group and see what it is they need from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lag between my desktop app and my phone. Sometimes the notification sound can be a little jarring. I'm not entirely sure if that's something that can be changed or not in the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick communication between team members at my job, and an easy way to transfer files.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a chat system that allows you to make different teams, giving them different labels. Glip is a great get. I constantly send files and have no issue when I need to access an old picture or file I sent.
I also like to have a chat with myself to send myself reminders or to access things between my phone and the computer I use.
