Helpful when needing to do a walkthrough with a client
What do you like best about the product?
Employees from anywhere can get together for the company, clear video and sound as well. Works wonders when shelping customers through walkthroughs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the meetings will not allow people to join without the mobile or web browser app. Wish the option for break out rooms were available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our company as we have coworkes as well as customers from around the country and it enables us to still make contact as needed.

Excellent video calling application for meetings must recommended
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ring Central is that nowadays you know if not being physically present we can't see the screen or anything like that but it is solving the problem of being physically present everywhere I can share my screen to my clients or even my boss and can explain everything as there is also audio feature and one more thing it can be used in almost every sector like I am a professional but if you are a teacher you can use it if you are a student you can also use it to give presentation or something like that if you are a teacher of you are a professional you can also use it to communicate with your clients or colleagues or anything like that it is also giving you a feature of muting others which is also very good so it's very easy to implement and also very easy to use. Along with this it is having a good video call quality so you don't need to bother about the quality of call thank.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no specific thing that I should write like I don't like this about ring Central video but if you'll ask me only one thing I should say that beside having a good signal sometimes it's video call quality certainly reduces but it happens very rarely so one can compromise with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's all my problem to be physically present with all my clients because I can do video call from any place and my clients should be connected to internet and that's all we need and we can communicate with the each other easily so it is solving this problem.

Lots of clients strugle to get their mics working when first connecting and have to resort to a different browser and only a couple of browsers are supported. Inconvient.

RingCentral is best suited for small business. The application has ability to work remotely and on the go, a single app for texting and phone calls, and a low-maintenance system that staff can handle on their own. A small business owner gets all these benefits on their fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use. You can jump onto calls from the web, the desktop app or even the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as such, just there are less users as of now so clients are mostly vary of using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple video calls with our clients, and along wih using teams we also use RingCentral for these meetings. We also use the phone option they have.
Ring Central is an alternative to Zoom, but Zoom is still the winner
What do you like best about the product?
I like the price of RingCentral Video. The free option has a lot of features that Zoom doesn't offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the video quality and even though the features were available in the free option, the video connection quality was not as smooth and user interface was much better on zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem of the time limit on video conferencing that other video conferencing platforms charged for. It provided an unlimited length for free users. However, I hear they have made some changes to the platform and put a cap now on the time limit.

Numerous features like screen sharing. The best one is the breakout session. Also the video recording quality is great

It has phone app and it is budget friendly.It is a beneficial application to communicate with customers. It has a good communication and tools to integrate to other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part in ring central is contactingthe technical support. Over time usuage leads to a lot of bugs. Technical tteam takes to lot of time to solve.

As a business, we need to get in touch with our customers and employees in a quick manner. Ring central provides best service which is very great. Both we and customer are very happy.
