Great for keeping our Shopify store data safe and secure!
What do you like best about the product?
We spent almost a year getting our Shopify store built and loaded with products. We needed a solution to backup our data and Rewind Backups was exactly what we needed. Luckily, we have not had to use any of our backups but just knowing we are covered provides great piece of mind!
What do you dislike about the product?
We've not had any issues with Rewind Backups so far as we've not had to use a backup yet. But we are relieved to know that they are available should we ever need to use it. Overall, we are very happy with their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We spent and enormous amount of time building our website and we needed a reliable and secure way to back up our data. Rewind Backups was exactly what we needed and we've been happy with them and recommend them to other small business owners that use Shopify,

Easy to use solution for our Github repositories
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to implement and it gives us the peace of mind that our IP codebase is backed up by 3rd party tool for a reasonable price. It also helps to satisfy our audit requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can mention I would dislike. We were looking for an easy, cheap solution to backup our github repositories and that's exactly what we got from rewind. No complaints, it works as we were expecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Rewind Backups are excellent for keeping crucial data connected to e-commerce and the company and restoring it in a crisis, which I enjoy. I appreciate that the overall user experience is vibrant and effortless, making it easy for me to go about it. It was simple to set up, and I could link it with my Trello account and back up all of my data, including tasks and projects, to the cloud. Once everything is set up, it automatically backs everything up, so I don't have to worry about remembering to do it every day or every week. Rewind is a fantastic remedy for data loss.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while for data to be uploaded into the cloud because the server is occasionally rather sluggish. In several cases, I had to restore data because I made modifications and ultimately decided I didn't like them; the conversion process also took longer than I had anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewind Backups is software that safeguards all of my projects, preserves all business data, and prevents generating copies of undesirable files so that they do not impede the creation and usage of the program. As a result, it gives us great peace of mind while we work. I would admit that we have had cyber assaults, but because of this program, we do not need to be concerned because it backs up all of our stuff. It is a relief to have a tool of this kind for myself and all of my employees.
Excellent Trello Backups System
What do you like best about the product?
We use Trello for our business, and it's a beneficial platform. We needed a tool with automated backups and restores, and Rewind was the best one we found.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good; it works as expected.

It provides automated backups of the Trello boards we use for our business.
Awesome Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Having a total disaster and recovery solution for our GitHub enterprise account was critical. Rewind made the entire process easy. Simple backup and restore features that fulfilled our requirements. Alyssa was super helpful in troubleshooting a weird issue with our account, but she could get things functioning again in a matter of a day or two. Excited to see what the future brings for Rewind!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about this! I'm super happy with this product and the support it provides as well. Nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A total DR solution. We depend on GitHub a lot, and it's responsible for a lot of our infrastructure. We needed this product to also help with compliance.
I feel like my most-valuable information is safe with Rewind
What do you like best about the product?
We can sometimes lose valuable information at Trello, but with Rewind, I feel safe. And the Support team is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I´m unsure if other people have access to my board´s information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They back up something that originally can´t or is too difficult to be backed up.

Automatic Backup with full recovery tools that are easy to use. Great customer service willing to help with any issues.

I have no complaints about Rewind Backups.

Without Rewindbackups, I'd have to remember to backup everynight and the odds of that happening are pretty much zero. Being automatic ensures I don't forget to back up!
A total backup solution for your code
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic backup capabilities saves lot of time. It's integration with cloud providers is game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It supports only GitHub for now may be we can consider looking into gitlab and other open source platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduced manual efforts in doing backup for development team. Restoration is very fast and reliable and hassle free.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I like the most about this software is its interface because it is structured in a nice and organized way, I also really like that all the functions are at your fingertips, this makes it easier to use. It was very easy to adapt to Rewind, even, though the change in our platform became practically automatic. Our workflow is very high, therefore we use this software to facilitate and save time in the development of our projects and all our commercial activities, we can link other applications with Rewind to make an effective backup so that everything remains registered. Finally, the price is very good, and even though it is cheap it has many very useful functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still use Rewind and since the first day I have been using it (approximately 3 years) I have not had any problems, everything has gone very well so far. I consider that there is nothing to change, everything is perfect. I congratulate the creators of this software, they have done a good job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewind Backups is a software that secures all my projects, saves all company data and avoids making a copy of unwanted files so that they are not a hindrance in the development and use of the application, that is, it makes us feel very safe when working. I admit that we have received cyber attacks but thanks to this software we do not have to worry because it saves all our files through a backup. For me and all my coworkers, it is a satisfaction to have a tool of this type, we feel relieved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The company has a lot of daily business through Shopify, so if you use this app I recommend Rewind because it does a seamless backup. In addition, due to how delicate your work content can be, it is much safer to make a backup of everything, it would be ideal to avoid losing your work, there are many cases of this. In short, Rewind Backups is perfect to secure all your projects.

Continuously copy is an excellent feature they have provided. That is easy to manage our updation between development and production store using the thing feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing any dislike points for now but if they are increased transferred data speed that would great. Also some time i'm facing manaually csv import error while one job running in backend at same time that would be grateful if you resolve this query.

We can easily transfer one store to another store domain. Thats really helpful for us and save for our time and money.
