Easy back up and support
What do you like best about the product?
Data backup and data replication is easy with veeam .support team is the saviour of the hour ,they were always in rescue when needed.As setup being easy we could apply veeam backup on all sort of servers.backup on NAS is easy .
What do you dislike about the product?
UI needs to be worked on.As being from the third world country, price seems to be on the higher side,but community version seems to be saviour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
.Veeam is the industry leader in data backup and replication because to its automatic backup feature and consistent notification. Community edition performed amazingly well, and now that we've switched to the commercial version, it's actually doing a lot more for our business. When we experienced a disaster, we discovered that Veeam had rescued our company and that both offline and online replication were secure. It assists in meeting the requirements of our DR policy and keeps the data safe from any potential cyber threats and data loss brought on by infrastructure failure.

What do you like best about the product?
Updated from community edition to paid version because of it's easy setup, user friendly UI, no hidden charges , best support team, easy to backup NAS, reliable on all the occasions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previous version was very glitchy/buggy ,but veeam team completely rolled out new version with no glitches/bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic backup feature with regular notification is what makes veeam kingpin in data backup and replication. Community edition worked fantastically and as now we moved to paid version, it's helping our business quite great than the community edition. Both offsite and online replication were safe when we had a disaster and that time we realized how Veeam had saved our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Veeam is truly one of the industry leaders. From normal backups to replications, protecting your workloads. Trustworthy and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that Veeam does not have its own cloud infrastructure that partners can leverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trustworthy backups, that is fully encrypted, as well as we can replicate to DR hosts with ease, whether is is on-prem, offsite, or to a cloud platform,
Easy to use and very stable
What do you like best about the product?
The setup process is fairly intuitive and it has been easy to restore backups that we have had to do on several occasions. There doesn't seem to be another company offering all these features for these price ranges.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a USB recovery option for the event that you need to restore to a different box. If you don't create the backup USB stick when prompted, it's not easy to find where to do it later, though it is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Veeam backup software has made it easy to verify that our backups are being completed. We can just quickly log in at any time and have peace of mind that they were completed.
BEST BACKUP SOFTWARE.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, Management on a single panel of glass. Very easy to use and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't work whit double tasks independently on the screen. I can't minimize some configuration screens.

Backup and Restore with no compromise. They simply work.

Documentation and Training are weak or difficult to figure out

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability, great functionality in free products, (community) support.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are newbie it has a lot of features which you do not understand what you can do with the product. But the support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great backup (&replication) product. I use it to backup server VM's and it's doing an amazing job.
Great back-up solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and reliability. The backups always complete successfully.

The initial set up is a bit complicated and the interface is not intuitive.

It allows us to have our required backups with little to no fuss.
VEAM in a SCADA environment
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of restoration and the comfort it gives me to know that I can quickly recover from a disaster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit clunky to assign backups to NAS drives.

It helps me sleep better at night.

What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively inexpensive and storage agnostic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is somewhat clunky, and can be hard to navigate at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting reliable backups on a timely manner. Prior to Veeam, we had batch files performing file copies to NAS devices. We now have nightly automatic backups.
