Symbe is the next gen AI business case tool you need
What do you like best about the product?
Symbe's UI/UX is super easy to use, and makes it a pleasure to work with. In very short periods of time, it helps my team and clients visualize the benefits and ROI they will get. The trick with driving usage and adoption on all sales tools is how easy they are to use, and the value of the outcomes salespeople get from using them. Few tools prove to be as valuable as Symbe's. If you believe business cases win deals, you should check them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Simply the most modern and easy to use business case builder on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Symbe is helping my team create beautiful business cases quickly. Making it easy to understand the ROI of deploying a solution is critical in today's business environment. This helps us win more deals, and win them faster.

A top-quality value engineering solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of customisation that it allows me to give my proposals. The platform is also incredibly user friendly, and it takes a lot of extra steps out of our processes due to automatic template updates across the team. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tool to take their value engineering processes to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of little blips, which is understandable since it's a new tool. The customer support is great and more than mitigates this, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to streamline our processes and also to ensure that quality is consistently high across all our teams.

Helps us to get buy-in from different departments when defining SOWs and putting together a business case for leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
I couldn't imagine our business without Symbe. It's become an absolute game-changer for us. This AI-powered platform has revolutionised how we create business cases and proposals, saving us heaps of time and ensuring everything's consistent and top-notch. It automates and standardises the proposal process, meaning less time faffing around with formatting and more time focusing on what matters. The AI-driven insights and real-time collaboration tools have made it easier to craft proposals that clearly demonstrate the return on investment, reducing any client resistance to commit. The platform is a breeze to use, with seamless collaboration, quick revisions, and the ability to scale as we grow. Personally, I love how it allows for highly customised proposals that address each client's specific needs and goals, making us look like absolute stars.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Symbe has been fantastic overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, the AI-driven suggestions can be generic, requiring us to manually add more personalised touches. Hoping this improves over time. Additionally, the learning curve for new users, while not steep, can be a bit challenging for those less tech-savvy. Some advanced customisation features could be more intuitive. However, these are minor issues in an otherwise excellent platform that has dramatically enhanced our proposal process.

Symbe has really helped us tackle the tricky task of demonstrating a solid business case for coaching, which often involves intangible variables. Before Symbe, it was challenging to quantify the benefits in a way that resonated with potential clients. Now, with its automated and standardised proposal creation, we save a lot of time and ensure everything is consistent. What do you like best about the product?
Symbe is a one-of-a-kind business case solution. The ready-to-use templates make it incredibly easy to find my use case and run with it, and the personalisation it offers allows me to tailor each case towards what priorities my prospects have. Symbe provides a truly unique offering that's extremely valuable to sales teams, customer success, and other business functions that need to develop strong, tailored and personalised business cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being quite a new tool, there are obviously going to be a couple of teething issues, but I'm sure the team are working hard to continue to build up the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily create personalised and relevant business cases to get buy-in and win more proposals.
Great Enterprise Business Case Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've really liked using Symbe and feel grateful to be one of the early adopters. The pace at which this product is evolving is seriously impressive.
The big problem we had before is we'd do complex calculations on spreadsheets and then try and find ways to visualise them, which was fraught with complexity, manual error and very time intensive.
Now with Symbe, we can plug in variables choose the visualisations and even showcase the calculations with prospects.
It's definitely improved our sales conversion, deal values and provided a collaborative and ROI value-based selling approach that can differentiate ourselves from competitors.
We've even gone further and started now to map out the questions we need to ask in the sales process so we can create stunning visualisations in Symbe.

I think choosing the style of visualisations would be beneficial. And a few more design features. Also the export needs some improvement. The team will get on this, so look forward to further improvements.

Symbe has helped me build out visually compelling and digestible business cases multiple times now. I love how quickly it helps me shape an idea into a well-developed, conicse and logical story that anyone can follow.
In addition, it integrates very well into older presentations that I already have and want to repurpose. It's very quick and easy to get new content, export as .png and drag and drop into whatever deck I want to use.
The best part is that once I've built out a business for a specific set of outcomes on Symbe, I can save it as a template and use it again with multiple different clients who are looking for similar outcomes. I can ask them for feedback on specific data points and leverage this to start a deeper conversation about what really matters to them.
Ultimately, it allows me to still use a tailored approach, without having to start from scratch each time! Greatly increases the volume of conversations I can maintain in parallel at any given time.

Nothing at this stage. The team behind this tool is fantastic and is prepared iterate and reiterate to make sure that Symbe is as useful as possible to its users.

Symbe allows me to create tailor made business cases demonstrating different business outcomes, stacked all on top of one another, with a total ROI as the punchline. It is incredibly difficult to present complicated business cases, with complicated health and business outcomes, without having a visual component to it.
Symbe takes my ideas and turns them into digestible bitsized visuals that help me tell an easy-to-follow story, all the while getting on-going input from stakeholders and effectively co-creating a business case that is most compelling to them and their organization.
