What do you like best about the product?
Support is always responsive within a business day. They now offer more training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per machine. The new tabs are a little more difficult to find items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to script App updates and manage many pieces, since not being able to clone Macs anymore. I still am learning things, each and every time I set up new Macs.
