Working harder not smarter
What do you like best about the product?
We first purchased JAMF because 'reimage me' sunsetted.
We're now 1500+ devices with prestages, config profiles, automated reporting etc.
Our department realizes JAMF is important and here to stay.
It makes our support model top-tier.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price but it's worth every dollar.💵
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and patching. It keeps us proactive and a step ahead.

Life saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of the product as well as the support. It really makes my job managing over 1300 macs so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, after adjusting to the new features things are making sense.

User experience

Smooth end-user experience. I don't run into any issues from the end user side.

I have nothing bad to say about this. New to using it and so far so good

Helping us to better manage our amc devices. This helps me because I can use my preferred device as opposed to windows

What do you like best about the product?
Creating reports and deploying policies and confirmation profiles seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mac's would either lose connection to jamf pro or get stuck configuration profiles even though they are checking in properly.

Deploying applications and configurations to all or certain Mac's at the same time
Best In Class for Apple Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
Zero day support for all new Apple functionality that continues to build partner integrations for further visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of built in rbac roles for permissions.

Zero touch deployments globally. Allows us to have a leaner support team
Jamf Pro - A Real Enterprise Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf is of course an excellent tool for managing Mac devices at scale. In addition however Jamf Pro continues to evolve to meet the needs of highly regulated industries like Financial Services. Jamf Pro has allowed us to deploy thousands of devices with minimal hassle and our users love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in Jamf Pro may not work in all organizations. In my organization for example we cannot use Jamf software installers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf allows us to deploy Mac devices at scale and keep them secure.

The console is super fast, distribution of configurations to devices is also super

Everything else will cost lots. Jamf protect, jamf connect, jamf x, jamf y

I wish there were more API tools to utilize such as the manipulation of Smart Groups

So easy to use! Very intuitive and Mac friendly

Sometimes youll get an error for os updates and just have to figure it out

Ease of use and clean automation makes workflows a breeze.

It is currently not federally regulated so I can I use the cloud.

You're solving our lack of Apple MDM. It benefits me because the ease of use is far greater than something like InTune.
