I have been using Jamf Pro for years and it's been great

Not a lot dashboards options or visualization of data built in

Ease of use, documentation, and the support team!

Dark mode needs some color improvements. Some of the text doesn't read well with the dark background.

Nice MDM too to manage Apple devices

It has built in support for the Apple management and has pre built flows that helps admins to do tasks faster

There PI, they take a lot of time to fix there reported PIs

Mac management made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf makes it easy to enroll and deploy macs in our org. Using self service we can provide users software without the need for them to be an admin and install it. Application patching is much easier with this. Set up the oatch and it installs as the endpoints check in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike for jamf but i do wish it were easier to enable system extensions for some products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping macs in compliance and up to date for security reasons.
Providing a solution for end users to install applications through self service portal so that we do not have to provide admin for them unnecessarily.

Ease of enrollment and fleet managment for macs.

Expensive to start up. Also sometimes fiding information.

The ability to push applications patches and encryption keys.
