Most User-friendly and Easiest Setup Headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The project setup is very straight-forward, and all process done on the Hygraph dashboard, we don't need to install any package to start the project. Other features I love the most, such as seamless integration with Next Js and even Hygraph provides rich text renderer for React to help us render smoothly in the front-end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope Hygraph create new pricing to afford, because the paid version cost hundred of dollars

Hygraph helps full stack developer and content creator to set up backend service without headache so we can start project faster

Incredible and intuitive CMS
What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent CMS with incredible power, in my opinion, and work field as a Fullstack dev Hygraph bring me multiple solutions to use my other API's and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably it's just in my case, but one of my APIs is Woocommerce, and they have no integration. Anyway, hygraph's support team show me two workaround ways to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph has a very sleek UI with wonderful support for GraphQL and well-written documentation. Furthermore, their support is top-notch and very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to recursively nest components (e.g. a comment has a reply which has a reply which has a reply)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph is solving the problem of having to store data ourselves. It gives us convenient access to our data.
It's fine for small projects, but costly to upgrade for higher limitations, which aren't much higher

Pre-built UI for building a GraphQL-enabled schema. Content editor for those who will input data. We don't need to create a backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited if your project is growing. Pricing is abhorrent. You pay 300 for 50 models, then 500 more for another 25. And it's the same number of components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good concept, but they're super stingy with resources.
Great system for modelling data and exposing quick GraphQL APIs
What do you like best about the product?
You can build complex systems without having to build backend infrastructure by hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a little more user friendly. Particularly for content editors and non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My most recent use was for a headless CMS for a startup, but I plan to use it on my next project to power a complex backend.
Excellent UI, fast and efficient customer help.
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating Hygraph was easy. Customer help is available and answers questions within hours which I found extremely helpful while building my first project. CMS's UI and UX are very intentional and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their next up-from-free plan is expensive.

I did not have to build CMS myself. Integration of Hygraph was easy and CMS is functional.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with interesting features and dev-friendly documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of specific features for content, like allowing to localize stuff like References to other objects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing: There is no intermediate pricing
No "Single Types" allowing to store project configuration, on single page content.
On the front end, there are no possibilities to Mutate AND Publish simultaneously. We always have to make two API Calls.

It allows storing structured data distributed across various front-end consumers. And also it allows my clients to edit their content.
Amazing customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
Great and very responsive customer support! Technical support is always reachable and responsive! Key account for product matters is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes had a few technical hick-ups as we really use the maximum functionality that Hygraph offers. However, the support was always at hand to solve the issues fast!

We use Hygraph as a database for our accommodation platform. We manage our inventory and customer data with Hygraph
