A better way to manage your compliance with frameworks
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Secureframe to manage our compliance with the SOC2 and PCI frameworks. The system integrates with most of the software / service platforms that we use, and immediately applies tests to each of the controls required by each of the frameworks you are using. The tests help you to follow best practices and give instructions on how to fix them. Once we were passing on all of our tests, our audit was much simpler than I've ever experienced before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, we found that one of our tests was failing inconsistently regarding the enforcement of MFA for our staff. We needed to contact Secureframe customer support through their convenient chat tool in order to address this issue. Secureframe's team has corrected this problem though, and I have not noticed tests failing in this way anymore.
The one other thing that I wish were easier is that sometimes there are aspects of a particular user that I am unable to update as an administrator on our account (sometimes a user will get imported with their personal email from our benefits program and don't get their business email address added). Once again, an easy contact with support through chat has been able to address that problem.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is helping me to manage compliance with several compliance frameworks without having a large staff to manage compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the time our employees saved working on the SOC Audits that can be spent on more useful activities. Responsiveness and knowledge of audit team and support group. Less room for human error and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had a downside to using SecureFrame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureFrame was easy to integrate and solves the problem of manual recordkeeping and excel spreadsheets. We are able to focus on more critical jobs and allow the ongoing integration to do most of the work. Additionally, the fact that you interact with SecureFrame on a regular basis makes everything manageable.
Cost Effective Support for SOC2 Type 2 Certifcation
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe expedited analyzing and eliminating our process and software risks and vulnerabilities efficiently and effectively. What surprised us was the vulnerabilities we found with our Windows-based vendor AWS services through the advanced analytics of secure frame. Secure gave us a fantastic shortlist of SOC auditors fully integrated into the Secureframe platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not try to use Secureframes' customer service bot- the bot was a waste of time. Fortunately, the customer support staff were accommodating and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure frame quickly discovered our cloud vulnerabilities and helped us corrct these vulnerabilities promptly and efficiently.
Improving efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to start using and integrates with our cloud service easily. Their customer service quickly solved the few things we couldn't solve ourselves. Many different features are available, and I especially like the step-by-step guide that tells us how to solve failing tests. None of the other providers we looked at had that feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that could help us with our ISO 27001 certification. The way they integrate with Azure directly removes a considerable amount of the manual burden of validating the configurations. We're saving a lot of time and personnel costs by using Secureframe.
Friendly, reliable and Attentive
What do you like best about the product?
They are very attentive to our needs, any time we ask a question they answer either the same day or next day. They also provide support at times acceptable to the UK, despite being a US based platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking certain features such as certain integrations or basic functions that may streamline the manual grind of gap analysis, however they constantly add new features and will always offer alternative suggestions or timelines for when new features are coming in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us a more holistic view of our compliance control environment, shedding light on gaps we didn't know about out.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is very easy to use. As a HR Manager, I haven't often used compliance software, but this has been very easy and self explanatory. Whenever I'm tagged in an issue, or need to provide evidence I get an email notification and a slack reminder which is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I have had any issues at all with Secureframe yet, although I don't use this very regularly.

It's helping our company become compliant and in preparation for audits .
Effective solution for policy management and achieving the compliance
What do you like best about the product?
It helps centralizing policy management and handle it in a systematic manner. The platform is transparent, outlining the specifications for various compliance framework. It proves to be a more effective means of handling and satisfying the established standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Numerous options and integrations are necessary initially. Having additional guidelines and examples to illustrate the checklist would enhance the overall process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe provides better insight of the compliance status and identify the missing piece. It makes the faster.
SecureFrame has been a fantastic company to work with and I highly recommend them.
What do you like best about the product?
The support at SecureFrame is the best part. Integration was super straight-forward. The software is good, but the staff are experts and avilable to when you need them. We use the software every week and rely on it.

The software is still a work in progress. While fairly easy to you will run into things that you think should be there. For instance, you can't allways filter or sort by what you want to. Over all, we've been able to work with the limitations and look forward to the updated improvements.

Secure frame takes many the tedious or time-consuming parts of becoming SOC 2 compliant and makes them easy, or at least easier.
Example: Company policies. SecureFrame provides good template policies. They store them, and tracks changes. They initiate when employees are to review policies, and record when they do. They alert me when it's missed. Nice.

Fast, direct, and supportive compliance assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes each employees tasks and deliverables clear. Its easy for each person to understand what needs to be done next, and what the overall status of progress for the company looks like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vendor portal could be a little more automated. They have a lot of information pre-populated, but still a good amount of work required to input every partner we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us achieve SOC 2 compliance which helps to position our company as a leader. As a cmall startup, everyone has their hands full and theres usually quite a bit of running around to clear up who needs to do what on projects like this. Secureframe gives that direction a bit more clarity to make it less painful for the team involved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it shows you a detailed way to pass each of the tests for compliance. The customer support was great and they made it very easy to integrate with most of our systems.

Took a while to implement, but once we did it was great.

It is helping us pass our SOC2 Type 2 Compliance. It makes it very staight forward and gives us a framework and tests to ensure we will stay compliant.
