Really enjoy BOTH the software and the team!
What do you like best about the product?
I have really enjoyed my experience using Secureframe. I was a bit intimidated when one of our clients wanted us to get SOC 2 compliant, but they have done a wonderful job of walking me through it. The interface is easy to use and everything you need is in one place. I enjoy that different members of my team can be assigned to different tasks. Additionally the team at Secureframe is wondeful. They are responsive, professional and very knowledgeable in their respective areas. Additionally, it is always a relief to just work with kind people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Secureframe has nothing to do with it at all. It is just the process of becoming SOC 2 compliant. It is a lot of work to pull everything together, but Secureframe makes it so at least I don't forget anything and it is all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solved the problem for us of leading us through how to get SOC 2 compliant and then once we are, I enjoy knowing that it will be fairly easy to stay in compliance.

Best security platform we've tried
What do you like best about the product?
I like a number of things about Secureframe. The interface is simpler than other security and compliance tools we've used, without compromising features, content, or functionality. The native integrations are relatively painless, and cover more of our vendors than other platforms we've tried. My favorite "feature" may be customer support - when I made a simple to make but difficult to undo low priority error, and initially chatted with a bot for support, I was nervous, but the team took care of me and got it resolved with 2 emails in less than 3 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Jira integration was a little more robust, allowing us to filter in or out on projects, issue types, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small but growing custom software company. Since many of us are already wearing more than one hat, we need a clear, concise, and mostly automated compliance and security tool. Secureframe is providing that for us.
Awesome customer service! Quick turn around to address customer queries.
What do you like best about the product?
Soft spoken team members. Quick addressal of issues raised so far. Always try to create a win-win situation both sides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent change in assigned account managers. Sad part is that there is no client history or notes passed on to new assigned reps and it makes us difficult to provide same details again and again whenever we connect with a new person.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was very lean. I contacted support with a non urgent question and got an immediate answer

What do you like best about the product?
We selected Secureframe to help us through our SOC-II certification process because they were able to move quickly, we felt comfortable with our account rep, and it was affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. If you have to go through SOC-II certification, you're going to need help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a start-up. And, our solution handles sensitive customer data that gives customers pause when they see that we're a young company. A SOC-II certification proves that we're operationally mature and capable and gives our customers peace of mind.
Happy We Chose Secureframe
What do you like best about the product?
If you're reading this review, then you're in the same place I was only a few weeks back. Once you've decided to go with the "automated" route, to complete your compliance requirements, the job then becomes…what company do I chose? Well, we narrowed our search down to 3 top tier providers and met with each company, compared their capabilities, and read reviews from MANY different sources, including this one. Based on pricing, integration, capabilities, and a very impressive presentation by Khang, who emphasized their customer support, we decided to proceed with Secureframe. While we’ve just started the process, I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with Secureframe’s customer support, their knowledge and response time has been top notch!! This process can feel overwhelming but with Secureframe’s simplified approach, along with their customer support, you are truly never alone, there’s always someone ready to help you and it’s NOT a chatbot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say this is a "dislike" but more of a suggestion. It would be great to have a chart of some kind or a comprehensive list (word doc or excel) listing all tasks, how they connect to each other, requirements for each task/policy, and resources (in case you don't have a provider for the required task...such as employee background check). At first glance, as you start reading through the tasks and/or controls, it's quite overwhelming, especially as you read through each task and/or policies and realize you need to implement a LOT more than what you thought. With that being said, one thing Secureframe ALSO provides, is the ability to speak directly with a Compliance Manager to help you through the process, which I've already taken advantage of by scheduling a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to complete a SOC 2 compliance readiness assessment and audit
SecureFrame takes the worry out of SOC audits and vendor management.
What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame's automated questionnaire response is very user friendly and the instructions and support features are easy to understand and follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any system such as this, the setup time is always going to be labor intesive. Once it gets up and running, it should be less time and labor intensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 audits can take months to prepare for and to perform as well. We are looking to cut man hours and increase our ROI.
The easiest and fastest path to SOC2 compliance!
What do you like best about the product?
The support for third-party integrations is incredibly comprehensive and easy to use. The detailed documentation, tutorials, guidance, and the dashboard for finding and resolving out-of-compliance issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they still offered customer support via Slack but their email responses are fast and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our clients require SOC2 compliance in order to use our platform. I've been through SOC2 readiness and compliance audits in the past with other organization but the process had always been painful and extremely time-consuming. Secureframe eliminated 95% of those headaches. They have managed to pull together all the resources one needs to understand the compliance process, provided easy-to-modify templates for compliance documentation, implemented easy vendor integrations to help identify potential compliance problems, and they give speedy customer service for when we've had questions. If you need help with the process, Secureframe is the only solution I will recommend!
Secureframe was key in guiding us through the process of certification.
What do you like best about the product?
The online management tools helped us keep track of literally thousands of items we needed to address for our certification. It was great for our team to be able to log in, assign items to individuals, and keep track of our progress as we worked through those.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the technical "connectors" didn't work properly with our system, meaning we weren't certain if implementation was done properly or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helped us with our certification and that was super important. It helped us position ourseves better in the Enterprise software space, which opened up new doors for us in terms of customers and how deeply engaged we are with our offering.
well-rounded automated compliance solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great guidance and in some situations even AI to help you pass the controls. Integrations with existing tools that automatically gather evidence for SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tests and AI suggestions are still fuzzy.

Secureframe helps in closing the gap and get us SOC2 and ISO27001 certified.
