User-friendly, easy access, and didactic framework that allows us to go through training and certifications efficiently. It is allowing our company to meet the deadlines.

Standart communication from account managers, they reply without reading our real request.

It allows us to be certified by international standards of security and compliance.
Simple training and easy to accept polcies

Training is easy to follow, comprehensive and doesn't take too long

Security training is never super fun, maybe they could make it a bit more interesting. Could update the design as well- its a bit old.

Helping too keep customer and company data safe and secure, which in turn allows us to sell to larger customers
Makes security compliance straight forward
What do you like best about the product?
I am an employee of a company that uses secureframe. Security compliance is far from thrilling but secureframe makes it pretty simple and isn't laborious at all. There's the policy side which is super fast and the training side which they make as pain free as possible
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always more tasks to be completed! But I don't think that's their fault, it's the nature of security. The videos in the training portion are a bit dumb

It helps us achieve SOC2 certification so that we pass our prospective customer's security audits. It means all our staff are aware of our policies and have accepted them
Great way to get a birds eye view of compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's user-friendly interface made the onboarding process a breeze. All you needed to do was sync your Google/Microsoft account, and all the staff we set up were ready to go. A couple more clicks, and, the entire team was onboarded.
It guided us through the necessary steps to assess our existing security protocols and compliance measures. The real-time insights were eye-opening, allowing us to identify areas that needed improvement and providing actionable recommendations to bolster our security posture.

What do you dislike about the product?
As we didn't have a server for data storage, not everything was automatically created and some manual imports had to be performed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is in need of getting our SOC2 type 2, and Secureframe has been a great help in getting everything aligned and organized.

The process of compling to security regulations is much more easier since every step is clearly defined. This makes process faster and efficiant

Using Secureframe will change the perspective of an audit. Test automation via integrations makes managing and tracking compliance with a particular framework effortless.

Integration issues at times. However, the Secureframe support system is fantastic, and any issues logged were remediated very quickly

Secureframe helps us reduce the cost and time we put into an external audit. This is a massive advantage for startups who race against time

SecureFrame was easily applied to our application/product, but the pricing was a bit aggressive it seemed.
