Great product and service that I can rely on, to get what I need for SOC-2.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is responsive and valueable. Secureframe helps to understand the auditor and separate between the important and the non-important tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some integrations are missing, so the user has to manually check and upload evidences. Also, some of the tests are not relevant to SOC-2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being SOC-2 ready. Secureframe provides a platform that helps me understand my AIs and status. Also the customer support helps me understand the review and the auditing.

Secureframe provides a useful platform and excellent customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up platforms and going through audits can be a tedious process so it's great to work with a team that provides excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Sure, every platform has tiny things they could tweak or improve based on individual customer needs, but Secureframe is very solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has helped us organize and analyze our data to mitigate unknown security risks and ensure everything is compliant. We have also used Secureframe to create a centralized location for all our security policies and standards.
Great product and support team
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's product makes it super easy to structure our SOC 2 process, and automates a lot of it. Compliance team is very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
They were missing an integration with a lesser used cloud provider, so we had to do some of that manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe makes it easy to monitor compliance in one place and automates a lot of the testing.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is very friendly and easy to use. Aside from that, I really enjoy the support and suggestions I receive from the Secureframe staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SecureFrame dashboard and some of the content could be updated, such as the risk questionnaire to make it more customer friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureFrame is allowing us to conduct our SOC2, Type1, SOC2, Type 2 and our PCIDSS SAQ audits. Since we are SaaS based 100%, it is extremely beneficial using SecureFrame rather than going through the traditional audit route.

What do you like best about the product?
Staff is very helpful as they have guided our company through the SOC2 Type1 audit process. Jared has been very responsive and willing to walk us through the finer points of helping us prepare.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we were to give any constructive comments, they would flow around the Secureframe platform and having a bit more tutorials as to utilization and features readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source aggregation tool for all things SOC2 as well as general repository for policy, procedures, and management of vendors, employee onboarding tasks, and others.
End-to-End Compliance Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
The holistic approach towards relevant security frameworks, skills assessment, policy duidance, development and controls implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet but I will definitely let you know when something comes up :)
I would however like to see partnership with some training providers to include more CyberSecurity-specific content.modules in the base on-demand training (OWASP, ISC, ISACA, etc)

Easy to use, integrations, and streamlines the process of becoming SOC2 certifified.

Haven't had any dislikes yet, other than the amount of technical work it indexed for us to do, as part of our path to become SOC2 certified.

The tool's real strength lies in its ability to guide teams through compliance requirements. Its tests and controls offer actionable insights, highlighting areas that need attention for specific compliance frameworks (they have quite a big list of frameworks they support). This proactive approach empowers efficient gap resolution, maintaining a robust security stance.
Secureframe's data management capability enables organized storage of compliance-related data, ensuring swift and effective audits, which makes the audit process very smooth for both parties.

Reflecting on my experience with Secureframe, I find it hard to identify any significant dislikes.
There is only a minor feature enhancement that we've suggested to the Secureframe team. Specifically, we proposed to have a training and policy accepted on the date when the last task was done by the team member. This would simplify the annual training tasks, assigning them all on a single day during the next cycle. Our success manager took our feedback to proceed to the product team as well as came back to us with some solutions on how we could solve it using available features. I'd like to emphasize that this is a small matter in the grand scheme of our positive experience with Secureframe.

Simple and gives a fair overview of the whole process. Helped us out with both SOC2 Type 1 and Type 2.

We missed a few things on populating default controls.

Compliance the easy way!
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is ease to use, the team supporting you are fantastic. The team are really responsive and are the guiding hands you need. The intergrations and keeping all our complaince in one place makes it so much easier to manage with our small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Sometimes it's not obvious where things are, but it's very minor. Some integrations are missing, from my prospective, but they take the feedback and add items to their roadmpa.
