SecureFram helped organize our business's security. Without it, we were siloed.

As a young company, they are still working through growing pains.

A good experience
What do you like best about the product?
We have been extremely welcome on secureframe. Since the first contact. Every interaction was good and straightforward. Really appreciated working with SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time we have not disliked anything about working with secureframe. We had a smooth compliance process with them. Their platform guided us towards audit very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had the need of SOC 2 type 2 certification in a short period of time and our pockets were not deep and we could accomplish that.
SecureFrame general review
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the most helpful part is the "Tests" functionality because you have a "general picture" of the health of your policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you search in Knowledge Base, the results could be improved, the UI of the results are not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In SecureFrame you can have everything centralized in one place and not have many systems or platforms to have the same result.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, Secureframe has been really helpful with structuring all the compliance requirements in a way that is easy to understand. As someone who has not taken a company through SOC compliance before, Secureframe has made it easy to digest what needs to be done and execute on items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Secureframe so far is that my company details must be completed before moving on through the compliance process. My company was recently established, so I didn't have all the details to develop the policies, so we have had to wait to move forward. I understand the requirement, so it isn't a big hurdle, but it would be nice to be able to update data later on and have it populate retroactively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a newly founded company, knowing what you don't know is hard. Secureframe has given us step-by-step instructions and guidance to complete the compliance process. This context would have taken hours of research or forced us to hire someone to do it.
Easy to use, helpful support and gudiance end to end.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is their support; a dedicated support person is invaluable for all your questions. They also have dedicated compliance experts for some of the more difficult questions. They respond quickly and are quick to feedback and make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platforms onboarding can be a bit confusing at first, but this quickly becomes easy through the support from their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed SOC2 compliance and had no idea how to achieve it. Secureframe supported our end-to-end by showing our gaps giving us templated solutions and even help procure an auditor.
The Organization and Checklist I needed to Achieve Certification
What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame kept me organized and listed all the compliance items I needed to have in place and documented before starting my audit period. The available integrations allowed compliance data for certain items to be pulled directly from the systems. It was easy to update integration settings and rerun the data pulls. The customer team was helpful when we faced issues and was open to improvement suggestions. It was good to know that the organization of evidence on SecureFram was one the auditors were already familiar with; I did not have handhold them through the evidence review.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas where we struggled, which I won't list here, but it was enough to keep them from getting a 10 rating.

Organizing the list of processes, systems, and evidence needed for a positive outcome of a SOC2 audit.

Provision of Policy templates, Document storage and access, Testing readiness score
What do you dislike about the product?
Personnel tracking and categorizing is too restrictive for the wide variety of types of people we have and that are out od scope

Provides guidance and structure to our Project to become ready for SOC 2 compliance audit

The process occurred as they described it in the onboarding session, there were no surprises along the way, and they were always responsive to calls and questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Our compliance requirements are easily explained and started faster than expected. They also helped us quicky with our concerns and inquiries.

Requirements are too many when it comes to get value from our product/service.

It's easy to use!! I can access the website without waiting for so many minutes. All the features are accessible on the website. I will recommend this website to my colleagues.
