Very comprehensive platform with excellent integration support
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding flow and open items workflow are very intuitive. Comprehensive and thorough policy templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to track down orphaned users but the prompts provided to troubleshoot are consistently being improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparation for SOC-2 compliance certification.

What do you like best about the product?
I recommend Secureframe SOC2 to any company looking to streamline its compliance and security program. The platform is intuitive, robust, and efficient. Once everything was completed with Secureframe, the audit itself was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not encounter any downsides utilizing the Secureframe platform. We have used the platform for two years and are very pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving SOC2 compliance felt overwhelming for my team. They wanted to do the work, but the project was constantly deprioritized due to the amount of work involved. However, SecureFrame's documentation, checklist, and support removed those feelings, and we quickly completed the work needed and received our compliance.
An easy to use compliance platform
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it very easy to see which areas you need to focus on, or pay attention to when it comes to working towards a compliance. When we worked with an outside auditor to achieve our compliance, all of the auditors that we used were very impressed with what we had in place and how well organized things were. This was solely due to the tests and input from the Secureframe platform and personnel being able to provide meaning ful answers. Lastly, the team at Secureframe provides a lot of quality templates to help start you on your compliance journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times where things didn't make sense as to why a compliance test was failing. The information provided was sometimes a bit vague. However, the Secureframe team has made changes to show more details on why a test is failing and that has helped. I would prefer a bit more flexibility in the exporting of reports. The reports that are exported a not configurable enough to give the dates, grouping, or information that I wanted. That means I had to modify the report after export. But, that is time consuming when you are dealing with live data that is constantly changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is helping us to achieve two different compliancies. We have been able to achieve both SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance by using Secureframe. With achieving these compliancies, we are able to show new enterprise-level prospect companies that while we are a smaller company, we adhere to and follow strict security protocols.

Secureframe streamlines the compliance process by offering complete documentation and automated processes and contributing to the adoption and enhancement of security compliance guidelines which allows me to save time, so I find it simpler for my businesses to respond to the processes adapted to the compliance regulations.

I was hesitant to try another compliance tool after a bad experience with a previous provider, but Secureframe has exceeded my expectations in every way.
It's easy to get onboard with it and the automated workflows really save you a hell lot of time. The best part is still their customer service which helps you at every point like your own team member.

I won't say it was this user friendly from start. The UI took a little time to improve. But now they have smoothen the flow really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to keep track of all the compliances and the timelines manually so that we won't suffer from the daily penalty. Secureframe has got them all under check for us since a long time now. And it has consistently affected the revenue.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no things to improve, it is the platform that has been most useful to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitors SOC2 criteria and It benefits me since I don't know much about that area. On the other hand, it is very useful for me to be reminded of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) so that it complies with European data privacy regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
With the SOC2 from Secureframe I was able to manage customer data. Customer support at Secureframe was very helpful! Their response time was very good and their guidance was amazing! I asked a lot of questions and there was never a dull moment. With the help of Secureframe I upgraded my system completely! I now have a very automated compliance tool in place.

I have nothing negative to say about Secureframe. Great product, great services and overal a very great experience with Secureframe. No improvement needed for me!

Secureframe has a friendly user interface, is easy to use and has many advanced features that suit any project. It is excellent for small companies as well as large companies. In my case, it has helped me automate a small project that I am doing, it has made my work more accessible, and many of the processes that were done manually, now I can do them quickly and automatically. The Secureframe support team is amiable and professional; they have helped me with all my doubts and guided me step by step to solve problems.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform's top priority is definitely SECURITY. All data re handled and delivered well. The interface itself is easy and their solutions are rooted to clientele's satisfaction and trust. It passes all accreditation, therefore, making the best among others.

There is not one downside of their products and solutions because perfection towards total clientele's trust and security is key. A big thank you for Secureframe !
