It's a Game Changer for business!
What do you like best about the product?
They have made it so easy to get a compliance certificate. The team is super technical, and their customer support gives a step-by-step guide through the process. The interface is user-friendly and anyone a basic understanding can navigate through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a wonderful experience. Whenever there were doubts in my head, the team was there to help me out. I think they are doing a tremendous job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It adds so much credibility to your business when you have these compliance certificates. They have turned that complicated process into a simple thing.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's customer support is what I like the most about them. Not only do they help me with my tasks but they also addresses my concerns pretty fast. Also, their software makes me feel so happy as it's beneficial that I can work with my eyes closed.

I don't see any downside about this platform, at all.

Secure frame helps me in terms of understanding what evidence supports each control and managing the framework compliance with the use of tools and features. This is very handy and life-changing for companies!

What do you like best about the product?
Our audit process has ran smooth, thanks to their amazing responsive customer support team! As a non-technical person, they are very helpful in every way, explaining everything in simplest way to ensure we are all on the same page. The platform interface is user friendly, advance features and automated monitoring made everything easier to understand and navigate.

We did not face any problem at all, they’re proactive with almost everything and customer centric. Overall experience is positive and extremely satisfied!

Secureframe has tremedously helped us with our Supplier Risk Management. They audit everything required for our outside group Suppliers and it has improved our overall Supply Chain process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping SOC 2 Type II so we can continue to keep our customers. Many clients won't even look at you as a potential vendor if you don't have security certification.
Excellent detailed of the process and very efficient
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user with limited knowledge about the processes to get the SOC certification, this platform has been very detailed and easy to navigate. It tells you what you need to do and helps you keep track of what you and your team have accomplished. Since you are able to connect your system, you can see an updated report\failed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if the platform if very user friendly at the beginning, the teamd struggled to upload the first file, but once you do the first one, the rest are straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a certification for SOC1 to win a contract with a new client. We work in the BPO industry, so having these certifications will definitely help us improve our services and what we offer.

First of all - technical support, they're amazing. It is great for startups and small businesses, it's easy to use, reliable automation platform and a handy tool for SOC2. Worth the price!

Right now I can't see any downsides, there were some problems sometimes, but customer service were fast enough at resolving the issue.

Using for NIST Compliance, everything is packed together and shows you precisely what is needed in a checklist. Excellent if you're not super tech-savvy. Overall, very easy to use, straightforward and saves a lot of time.

So far, everything has been going well; any problems, and Secureframe have a knowledgable and helpful customer support team. They are always happy to assist with any issues.

Time taken and tech expertise needed by ship crew is lowered, saving time and money. This means my business can run as smoothly as possible. Also, the team seems happier too!
