Helpful for organizing the compliance process
What do you like best about the product?
For us, the most useful aspect of Secureframe was the automated testing suite. Linking to our cloud services to validate configurations was useful. It also made clear what was and was not in scope for our purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
File organization within Secureframe was a pain. While we did not undertake a formal audit process while using Secureframe I can imagine that would have been a significant challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe was an effective one-stop shop for our compliance needs. I believe it is helpful for small to mid-size companies which would benefit from a guide that they are able to use to increase their compliance.

I love their customer support; its user-friendly interface makes compliance accessible in any business and provides procedures companies can use to build their compliance program. Easy to use and time-saving.

Using Secureframe has been a positive experience. I just noticed there were bugs; overall, we encountred significant issues, and the team quickly resolved them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Secureframe for these purposes made it easy for me to reach my goals, reducing the time because they put a lot of information in one place and resources required to maintain compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe made the SOC2 audit process seamless by complying with the audit requirements and following the corresponding steps to complete the infrastructure. With the help of their team, any unclear process has been streamlined, and a resolution has been addressed promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say about the service, as the Secureframe helped with the integrations seamlessly is a plus. No major issues has been encountered during the transition. Kudos to the team!

Achieving SOC was critical for a customer; hence, this has been achieved without any hassle with the team's endless support. The automated integrations were a great help during the testing phase and also on the go live of the product.
